تعلن الشركة عن فتح باب التعيين لشغل وظيفة(مدير مشروع )للعمل ضمن مشروعاتها الحالية والقادمة، وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة المعمول بها.

المهام الوظيفية:

الإشراف العام على إدارة المشروع من مرحلة التخطيط وحتى التسليم النهائي.

إعداد الخطط الزمنية ومتابعة تنفيذها طبقًا للجداول المعتمدة.

إدارة فرق العمل والتنسيق بين الإدارات المختلفة.

متابعة التكاليف والعقود وضمان الالتزام بالميزانيات المحددة.

إعداد التقارير الدورية ورفعها للإدارة العليا.

ضمان تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة والصحة المهنية بالموقع.

الشروط المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية.

خبرة قوية في إدارة مشروعات المقاولات.

مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عالية والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار.

AutoCAD

Primavera P6

Microsoft Project

المهام الوظيفية:

الإشراف العام على مجموعة من مشروعات المقاولات في وقت واحد.

وضع الخطط الزمنية ومتابعة تنفيذها وفق الجداول المعتمدة.

إدارة فرق العمل والتنسيق بين الإدارات المختلفة لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروعات.

متابعة التكاليف والعقود وضمان الالتزام بالميزانيات المعتمدة.

إعداد ورفع التقارير الدورية للإدارة العليا عن سير المشروعات.

التأكد من تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة والصحة المهنية بجميع المواقع.

الشروط المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية .

خبرة قوية في إدارة مشروعات المقاولات.

مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عالية والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار.

إتقان استخدام البرامج الهندسية التالية:

AutoCAD

Primavera P6

Microsoft Project

Power BI (يُفضل)

Team Work Contracting is executing the Biotech Pharma pharmaceutical factory and warehouse project, located at Polaris Park – Industrial Zone, 6th of October City.
The company is currently carrying out Fire Fighting systems and Electrical works, in full compliance with the highest standards applicable to pharmaceutical facilities.
