We're Hiring | BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator – Landscape

Midan Studio, in partnership with InSite / KEO International, is looking for a Landscape BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator to join our team in , Cairo

This is not a remote role.

If you have 4–5 years of BIM experience, strong Revit (Landscape BIM), working knowledge of Navisworks, and can hold your own within a multidisciplinary team, we'd like to hear from you.

Experience on KSA giga-projects is a plus.

Full-time, Egyptian candidates.
Competitive Salary based on experience.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬
· Design development from concept through documentation
· Building and maintaining coordinated Revit landscape models
· Producing drawing sets that hold up under review
· Supporting presentations and visual output

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮
· 5 years of experience in urban & landscape projects
· 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐭 (𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐁𝐈𝐌) — this is the non-negotiable one
· AutoCAD, and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
· One visualization tool you're genuinely fast in (Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max)

Full-time, on-site — Al Agouza, Cairo. Egyptian candidates.
