We are skilled in a variety of architectural aspects from conceptual thinking to project crafting, and provide BIM services to clients across projects.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Architect Technical BIM professional to join our team in 6th of October. Your responsibilities would include developing BIM models, conducting quality control on the BIM models created by junior staff, collaborating with project managers, clients, and external consultants, correcting any BIM conflicts to ensure project delivery and incorporating feedback from team members and consultants.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in architecture .
Minimum of 10 year relevant experience
Proficient in Revit, and AutoCAD software
Experience in BIM modelling using LOD 350 or higher
Ability to coordinate design models with multiple external consultants
Good communication skills
Adept at reading and understanding construction documents and specifications
Knowledge of programming languages such as Dynamo is a plus
Experience in managing and guiding junior staff is a plus
