تم بفضل الله الانتهاء من تصنيع أجهزة تكييف الهواء المركزية بنظام التبريد التبخيري في مصنع شركة دلتا للإنشاء والتصنيع (Delta DCM) بمدينة العاشر من رمضان – مصر، وشحنها إلى مدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتركيبها في موقع مشروع أسواق عبدالله العثيم – فرع الحمراء رقم (770)، من تنفيذ شركة الأسس الأولى للمقاولات، وتحت إشراف شركة أماكن للاستشارات الهندسية.

وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن أجهزة تكييف الهواء الموردة تعمل بنظام التبريد التبخيري بالماء على مرحلتين (مباشرة وغير مباشرة)، لتكييف كمية هواء إجمالية تصل إلى 72,500 قدم مكعب في الدقيقة، وخفض درجة حرارة الهواء الخارجي من ٤٥ درجة مئوية إلى ١٩ درجة مئوية قبل ضخه داخل الأسواق.
وتتميز هذه الأجهزة بهيكل مزدوج الجدار مصنوع من صفائح حديد مجلفن ومعالج ومطلي لمقاومة العوامل الجوية، مع وجود طبقة عزل حراري محقونة بين الجدارين، بما يساهم في عزل داخل الوحدات عن الظروف الخارجية وتحسين كفاءة التشغيل وأداء تكييف الهواء.

في زيارة رسمية مميزة تعكس عمق الشراكة والثقة المتبادلة، تشرفت دلتا للإنشاء والتصنيع (دلتا DCM) باستقبال وفد رفيع المستوى من قيادات مجموعة Regal Rexnord وشركة Nicotra العالمية، وذلك بمقر الشركة في مصر الجديدة – القاهرة. ترأس الوفد في الزيارة كلا من:

Gerlando Cozzo (Regal Rexnord President for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India)
Vijay Kambhammettu (Regal Rexnord Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa)

وقد جاءت هذه الزيارة تتويجًا لمناقشات استراتيجية موسّعة، وأسفرت عن ترسية الاتفاق الرسمي على اعتماد دلتا للإنشاء والتصنيع (دلتا DCM) وكيلاً حصريًا لمراوح Nicotra في مجال التهوية داخل جمهورية مصر العربية، في خطوة نوعية تعكس مستوى الثقة بين الجانبين، وتؤكد التزام دلتا DCM بتقديم حلول عالمية المستوى تلبي متطلبات السوق المحلي بأعلى معايير الجودة والكفاءة.

وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن Regal Rexnord مجموعة صناعية عالمية كبرى تُعد من اللاعبين الرئيسيين في حلول الحركة الذكية، نقل القدرة، والمحركات الكهربائية، وتخدم طيفًا واسعًا من القطاعات الصناعية والتجارية حول العالم.

In a distinguished official visit reflecting the depth of partnership and mutual trust, Delta Construction & Manufacturing Co. (Delta DCM) was honored to welcome a high-level delegation from Regal Rexnord and Nicotra at its headquarters in Heliopolis, Cairo.

The delegation was led by:

This visit marked the culmination of extensive strategic discussions and resulted in the official confirmation of Delta Construction & Manufacturing Co. شركه دلتا للإنشاء والتصنيع تهنئكم بعام جديد سعيد

We’re pleased to announce the completion of fully stainless-steel DX Air Handling Units, custom-built as a special request to meet the needs of Savencia Factory – Borg El Arab, in partnership with HIVAC. The project includes multiple capacities, with the largest unit delivering 145.4 kW using R32 refrigerant, supplied together with their air-cooled condensing units from our production.

يسعدنا الإعلان عن الانتهاء من تصنيع وحدات مناولة هواء DX مصنوعة بالكامل من الستانلس ستيل، وتم تنفيذها كطلب خاص لتلبية احتياجات مصنع سافينشا – برج العرب، وذلك بالتعاون مع مقاول المشروع HIVAC. يشمل المشروع قدرات تبريد مختلفة، وتصل أكبر وحدة إلى قدرة 145.4 كيلووات باستخدام فريون R32 وكذلك تصنيع وتوريد وحدات تكثيفها الخارجية المبرّدة بالهواء.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer (Sheet Metal – HVAC) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HVAC unit designs, preparing detailed technical drawings, Bill of Materials, and supporting product development from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing HVAC units and components
• Creating detailed 2D/3D drawings and sheet-metal designs using CAD software
• Creating BOM for products.
• Supporting product & machine design projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability
• Ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications:

✔Experience (0-5) years in HVAC Manufacturing or related field.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power or Production)
✔ Proficiency in CAD software, especially Sheet Metal Design
✔ Experience in Product & Machine Design
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work effectively within a team
✨ HVAC industry experience is a plus
✨ Autodesk Inventor experience is a plus
