تشرفت شركة اس اي وايرنج سيستمز إيجيبت، بزيارة كريمة من معالي وزير العمل السيد/ حسن رداد، في إطار دعم سيادته المستمر لقطاع الصناعة والإنتاج، حيث قام السيد الوزير بزيارة ميدانية لمقر الشركة بفرعها الكائن بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر بمحافظة الجيزة.
وكان في استقبال سيادته الأستاذ / محمد همام، المدير الإقليمي للشركة بمصر، و المهندس / أحمد يوسف " مدير المصنع" و السيد اللواء/ محمد شادي " مدير العلاقات الحكومية" وأعضاء فريق الإدارة وخلال الجولة تفقد سيادته والسادة الضيوف خطوط الإنتاج و تم عرض منظومة التشغيل والتصنيع، واستمع إلى عرض حول نشاط الشركة، وخططها التوسعية، وجهودها في توفير فرص العمل، وتطبيق أعلى معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية، إلى جانب توفير بيئة عمل لائقة للعاملين، بما يسهم في رفع معدلات الإنتاجية وتحقيق الاستقرار داخل مواقع العمل.
وخلال الزيارة، شهد وزير العمل الاتفاق على توقيع بروتوكول تعاون بين الوزارة والشركة في مجال التدريب من أجل التشغيل، بهدف إعداد وتأهيل الكوادر البشرية وفقًا لاحتياجات سوق العمل، من خلال تنفيذ برامج تدريب مهني وسلوكي متخصصة، بما يسهم في تخريج عمالة فنية مؤهلة تمتلك المهارات التي تتطلبها الصناعة الحديثة.
كما شهد الوزير تسليم عقود عمل لذوي الهمم، في إطار التعاون بين الوزارة والشركة لدعم دمجهم في سوق العمل، تنفيذًا لتوجيهات الحكومة المصرية بتعزيز فرص التشغيل لهذه الفئة، وترسيخ مبادئ المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص داخل منشآت القطاع الخاص.
وتتقدم إدارة الشركة والعاملين بها بخالص التقدير والعرفان لما يقدمه السيد وزير العمل من دعم مستمر لقطاع الصناعة والإنتاج، وأيضاً لِما أبداه سيادته من تقدير لدور الشركة في تنفيذ برنامج التلمذة المهنية من خلال فاعليات إطلاق مدونة السلوك الخاصة بتنظيم تدريب وتشغيل الطلاب بما يتماشى مع متطلبات ومعايير العمل الدولية.
SE Wiring Systems Egypt was honored to receive a kind visit of H.E. the Minister of Labor, Mr. Hassan Raddad, as part of His Excellency’s ongoing support for the industrial and manufacturing sector. The Minister conducted a field tour to the company’s facility located in 6th of October City, Giza Governorate.
His Excellency was welcomed by Mr. Mohamed Hammam, SEWS-Eg Country Manager & Mr.Ahmed Youssef, Plant Manager & Major General Mr. Mohamed Shady, Governmental Relations Manager, along with members of the company’s management team.
During the visit, the Minister and the accompanying delegation toured the production lines, where they were introduced to the company’s manufacturing and operational systems. They also received a presentation highlighting the company’s business activities, expansion plans, efforts to create employment opportunities, implementation of the highest occupational safety and health standards, and commitment to providing a standard working environment that enhances productivity and promotes workplace stability.
During the visit, the Minister witnessed the agreement to sign a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Labor and SE Wiring Systems Egypt in the field of training for employment. The initiative aims to prepare and qualify skilled human resources in line with labor market needs through specialized vocational and behavioral training programs, contributing to the development of a highly qualified technical workforce equipped with the skills required by modern industry.
The Minister also attended the presentation of employment contracts to disabilities as part of the cooperation between the Ministry and the company to support their integration into the labor market. This initiative aligns with the directives of the Egyptian government to enhance employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and to promote the principles of equality and equal opportunity within private sector organizations.
The management and employees of SE Wiring Systems Egypt extend their sincere appreciation and gratitude to H.E. the Minister of Labor for his continuous support of the industrial and manufacturing sector. They also highly value his recognition of the company’s role in implementing the Apprenticeship Program, particularly through its participation in launching the Code of Conduct for Organizing Student Training for Employment, in line with international labor standards and requirements.
