تشرفت شركة إس إي وايرينج سيستيمز إيجيبت بحضور معالي السيد/ حسن رداد – وزير العمل، إلى جانب نخبة من السادة الضيوف الكرام لحفل افطارها السنوي

وكان في استقبالهم كلًّا من الأستاذ/ محمد همام – المدير الإقليمي للشركة في مصر، والسيد اللواء / محمد شادي - المدير الإقليمي للعلاقات الحكوميه و برفقة السادة أعضاء مجلس الإدارة.

ويأتي هذا اللقاء في إطار حرصنا على تعزيز قنوات التواصل و التعاون مع مختلف الجهات والمؤسسات الداعمة لقطاع الإنتاج والصناعة.

يُعد المتحف المصري الكبير واحدًا من أعظم الصروح الثقافية في العالم، حيث يجمع بين عراقة التاريخ وروعة التصميم الحديث ليقدم تجربة فريدة لكل زائر. يضم هذا المتحف آلاف القطع الأثرية التي تحكي قصة الحضارة المصرية عبر مختلف العصور.
نحن جميعًا كمصريين نشعر بالفخر الشديد لوجود هذا المعلم التاريخي المهيب في وطننا، والذي تم افتتاحه في الأول من نوفمبر عام 2025. فهو ليس مجرد متحف، بل شهادة حية على عظمة حضارتنا التي ألهمت العالم لآلاف السنين. ومن منطلق حرصنا على تعزيز هذا الشعور لدى موظفينا، قمنا بتنظيم رحلات من جميع فروع الشركة إلى المتحف المصري الكبير، ليتمكنوا من مشاهدة هذا الصرح العظيم عن قرب والتعرف على حجم تاريخ مصر الذي لا يضاهى، والاستمتاع بمشاهدة المقتنيات الأثرية النادرة، والتجول بين القاعات التي تعرض مراحل مختلفة من تاريخ مصر، مما أتاح لهم فرصة فريدة لفهم العمق الحضاري الذي نعتز به جميعًا.

The Grand Egyptian Museum is one of the greatest cultural landmarks in the world, combining the richness of history with modern architectural brilliance to offer visitors a truly unique experience. This museum houses thousands of artifacts that narrate the story of Egyptian civilization across different eras.
As Egyptians, we take immense pride in having such a majestic historical monument in our homeland, which officially opened on November 1, 2025. It is not just a museum; it is a living testament to the greatness of our civilization that has inspired the world for thousands of years. In line with our commitment to fostering this sense of pride among our employees, we organized trips from all company branches to the Grand Egyptian Museum. These visits allowed them to witness this magnificent landmark up close, appreciate the unparalleled depth of Egypt’s history, enjoy viewing rare artifacts, and explore galleries showcasing various stages of Egyptian history—an experience that offered a unique opportunity to connect with our rich heritage.

November is the Month of Quality — a reminder that quality is not just a standard we follow, but a working culture and a mindset we live every day.

This year, we were honored that the Central Quality team selected Egypt and took the lead in organizing and coordinating the SEWS-E Quality Conference & Workshop at our Port Said and 10th of Ramadan plants.
The event brought together Quality Managers from various SEWS-E sites, along with the Central Quality team and the IT team, creating a strong collaborative platform that connected expertise from across the organization.

The program featured:

🔹 Gemba shop-floor walks, exploring the details that create value and evaluating processes right at their source.
🔹 Kaizen and Innovation discussions, showcasing our collective ability to generate practical and impactful improvement ideas.
🔹 Workshops and collaborative brainstorming sessions, integrating diverse expertise to build stronger, future-focused quality strategies.
🔹 A Digitalization Review activity between Quality, Site, and IT teams — analyzing and studying opportunities for digital transformation and enhanced process efficiency.
🔹 Recognition of outstanding contributions, reflecting a continuous journey “towards higher quality.”

This event embodied the true spirit of quality:
to observe… to think… to improve… and to continuously evolve.

نوفمبر هو شهر الجودة… الشهر الذي نؤكد فيه دائمًا أن الجودة ليست مجرد معيار نتبعه، بل ثقافة عمل وعادة يومية نعيشها في كل تفصيلة.

وقد كان لنا الشرف هذا العام أن يقوم فريق الـ Central Quality باختيار مصر لتنظيم وترتيب SEWS-E Quality Conference & Workshop داخل مصانعنا في بورسعيد والعاشر من رمضان، بمشاركة نخبة من مديري الجودة من مختلف مواقع SEWS-E، إلى جانب فريق Central Quality وفريق الـ IT، بما خلق منصة تعاون قوية جمعت خبرات متعددة من أنحاء المجموعة.

تضمّنت الفعالية:

🔹 جولات Gemba داخل الشوب فلور لمتابعة التفاصيل من موقع الحدث، حيث يتم خلق القيمة الفعلية.
🔹 جلسات Kaizen والابتكار التي أظهرت قدرتنا على تطوير أفكار عملية تحدث تحسينات حقيقية.
🔹 ورش عمل وعصف ذهني جمعت رؤى متعددة لصياغة استراتيجيات جودة أكثر قوة واستدامة.
🔹 مراجعة رقمية مشتركة (Digitalization Review) بين فرق الجودة والمواقع التشغيلية وفرق الـ IT، لدراسة فرص التحوّل الرقمي وتعزيز كفاءة العمليات.
🔹 تكريم المساهمات المتميزة التي تعكس رحلتنا المستمرة “نحو جودة أعلى”.

كانت هذه الفعالية تجسيدًا صادقًا لجوهر الجودة:
أن نرى… نفكّر… نُحسّن… ونستمر في التطوير دون توقف.
