Floortec is proud to be delivering Post-Tensioned (PT) slab works at Tower B of the Iconic 205 Arkan Towers, a landmark mixed-use development in 6th of October City, Egypt.

Rising 38 floors with nearly 80,000 m² of post-tensioned slabs, Tower B is executed using the OVM Post-Tensioning System, with Floortec acting as OVM’s certified applicator in Egypt.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- (12–15) years of experience in contracting companies.
- Strong background in technical office works including shop drawings, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tendering.
- Preferably experienced in Flooring Projects and Post-Tension Systems.
- Excellent knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and project management practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
