This flooring was rotten due to damp/humidity from the concrete floor below.
Our flooring repair technique was made to last a very long time without worrying about the floor boards being attacked by the moisture.
It does not necessarily have to cost a lot of money to get great quality workmanship by Trimax 😉
Another happy Tenant/Landlord indeed💪🏼😁

This was one our favourite properties we've worked on. The garden was twice as big as the build up area!
Due to the unusual streak of sunny days, we managed to finish the staining project in 3 days instead of 5 days target 💪🏼
The owner was so pleased with the speed/quality that she even 'tipped' us on top of the invoice amount 😍😝
