ANTES & DESPUÉS Reforma en Sant Martí, Barcelona
Un proyecto muy especial: transformar un piso compacto en un hogar amplio y flexible. A pesar de la estructura rígida del edificio, aprovechamos pilares y vigas para crear arcos suaves que delimitan los espacios sin cerrarlos.
La cocina abierta, el almacenamiento inteligente y la luz diaria hacen que cada m² cuente. Subir materiales y ventanas eficientes hasta la décima planta fue un reto… pero el resultado lo compensa. ✨

BEFORE & AFTER Renovation in Sant Martí, Barcelona
A special project: turning a compact flat into an open, flexible home. Despite the rigid concrete structure, we used the beams and columns to design soft arches that define spaces subtly.
An open kitchen, smart storage, and natural light make every square meter work. Bringing materials and high-efficiency windows up to the 10th floor wasn’t easy… but completely worth it. ✨
