Stone, Water and Quarry · Lord Rothschild Summer Pavilion

At Lord Rothschild Summer Pavilion, the pool is shaped by the site’s most powerful elements: the ancient marble quarry, the rocky promontory, the waterfall and the sea.

Rather than appearing as a separate feature, it is set within a sequence of stone, terraces and Mediterranean planting. The irregular rock formation becomes its backdrop, while the water reflects the quiet tones of the surrounding landscape.

Around the pool, marble, local materials, olive trees, cypresses, lavender and sculptures create a setting where architecture and landscape feel inseparable.

A pool designed as a place of pause, framed by history, stone and the natural beauty of Corfu.

En Lord Rothschild Summer Pavilion, la piscina se define por los elementos más potentes del lugar: la antigua cantera de mármol, el promontorio rocoso, la cascada y el mar.

Más que aparecer como una pieza independiente, se integra en una secuencia de piedra, terrazas y vegetación mediterránea. La gran formación rocosa funciona como fondo, mientras el agua refleja los tonos serenos del paisaje.

A su alrededor, mármol, materiales locales, olivos, cipreses, lavanda y esculturas construyen un espacio donde arquitectura y paisaje se leen como una sola composición.

Una piscina pensada como un lugar de pausa, enmarcada por historia, piedra y la belleza natural de Corfú.

San Basilio Resort · Loreto, Mexico

In Punta San Basilio, Baja California, this mountainside resort is designed around topography, water, native vegetation and open views to the sea.

The project includes 100 junior apartments and 50 master suites, arranged along the natural slopes to preserve privacy and frame the landscape.
The arrival is part of the experience: a winding path rises 50 meters above sea level to an esplanade with native vegetation and 360º views. From there, a central staircase descends around a water garden towards the reception, lobby, restaurant, bar and lounges.

The junior apartments follow the contours of the land, forming terraces with earth roofs for natural insulation. On the opposite slope, the master suites offer privacy and panoramic views.
Both wings converge towards a natural oasis, where a second social area with restaurants, bar and swimming pool opens to Manglito Bay and the nearby islets.

En Punta San Basilio, Baja California, este resort de montaña frente al mar se diseña a partir de la topografía, el agua, la vegetación nativa y las vistas abiertas.

El proyecto reúne 100 junior apartments y 50 master suites, organizadas sobre las pendientes naturales para preservar privacidad y enmarcar el paisaje.

La llegada forma parte de la experiencia: un camino sinuoso asciende 50 metros sobre el nivel del mar hasta una explanada con vegetación autóctona y vistas de 360º. Desde ahí, una escalera central desciende alrededor de un jardín de agua hacia recepción, lobby, restaurante, bar y lounges.

Los junior apartments siguen las curvas del terreno, formando terrazas con cubiertas de tierra que aportan aislamiento natural. En la ladera opuesta, las master suites ofrecen privacidad y vistas panorámicas.

Ambas alas convergen hacia un oasis natural, donde una segunda zona social con restaurantes, bar y piscina se abre hacia la bahía de Manglito y los islotes cercanos.

HRH Prince Sultan Bin Fahad Red Sea Compound · Jeddah

On the shores of the Red Sea, this family compound brings together private life, hospitality and royal household functions in one coastal setting

The project includes villas for the family, the prince, the daughters, trusted assistants and VIP guests, along with service and security areas.
A palm-lined avenue connects the entrance with the private beach, oceanfront pool and fishing pier, organizing the compound around a clear route to the sea.

Privacy is central to the design: the villas, green barriers, meandering walls and detailed carpentry create protected spaces while keeping a strong connection with the landscape.
Green roofs, landscaped terraces, shade, vegetation and water respond to Jeddah’s climate, creating cooler outdoor spaces.

A orillas del Mar Rojo, este complejo familiar reúne vida privada, hospitalidad y funciones de la casa real en un entorno costero.

El proyecto incluye villas para la familia, el príncipe, las hijas, asistentes de confianza e invitados VIP, además de áreas de servicio y seguridad.
Una avenida con palmeras conecta el acceso con la playa privada, la piscina frente al mar y el muelle de pesca, ordenando el conjunto a través de un recorrido hacia el mar.

La privacidad es clave: villas, barreras verdes, muros sinuosos y carpintería detallada crean espacios protegidos sin perder conexión con el paisaje.
Cubiertas verdes, terrazas ajardinadas, sombra, vegetación y agua responden al clima de Jeddah, creando exteriores más frescos.

The Pool at Economu Vosniades · Skiathos, Greece

At Economu Vosniades, the pool becomes the shared heart of a small family village by the sea.
The project brings together three homes for the same family on a steep site in Skiathos, organized through stairs, retaining walls, pergolas and terraces that connect the houses while preserving privacy.

Located near the sea, the pool is joined by a solarium, a common porch and barbecue area, creating a relaxed space for gathering, views and summer life.

Surrounded by pine and olive trees, white walls, tiled roofs and the blue of the Aegean, the pool connects the three houses and gives the complex its communal rhythm.

En Economu Vosniades, la piscina funciona como el corazón compartido de un pequeño pueblo familiar junto al mar.

El proyecto reúne tres viviendas para una misma familia en un terreno con fuerte pendiente en Skiathos, organizadas mediante escaleras, muros de contención, pérgolas y terrazas que conectan las casas, manteniendo privacidad.

Situada cerca del mar, la piscina se acompaña de solárium, porche común y zona de barbacoa, creando un espacio relajado para reunirse, disfrutar de las vistas y vivir el verano.

Rodeada de pinos, olivos, muros blancos, cubiertas de teja y el azul del Egeo, la piscina une las tres casas y da al conjunto su ritmo común.

The Pool at Lord Rothschild Summer Pavilion· Corfu, Greece

At Lord Rothschild Summer Pavilion, the pool becomes the center of the landscape experience.

Set against a dramatic rock formation and framed by a waterfall, it takes its tone from the surrounding sea, creating a calm and almost natural presence within the site. More than an isolated element, the pool is part of a wider composition of stone, terraces and Mediterranean vegetation.
Around it, olive trees, cypresses, lavender and shrubs soften the rocky terrain, while marble and traditional materials connect the space to the architectural character of Corfu.

A pool designed not only for leisure, but as part of the atmosphere, the view and the identity of the place.

En Lord Rothschild Summer Pavilion, la piscina se convierte en el centro de la experiencia del paisaje.

Situada frente a una gran formación rocosa y enmarcada por una cascada, toma su tono del mar que la rodea, creando una presencia serena y casi natural dentro del lugar. Más que un elemento aislado, la piscina forma parte de una composición más amplia de piedra, terrazas y vegetación mediterránea.

A su alrededor, olivos, cipreses, lavanda y arbustos suavizan el terreno rocoso, mientras el mármol y los materiales tradicionales conectan el espacio con el carácter arquitectónico de Corfú.
Una piscina pensada no solo para el descanso, sino como parte de la atmósfera, la vista y la identidad del lugar.

Eco Glamping · La Cerdanya

A boutique eco-glamping resort designed to offer a more natural, comfortable and responsible way of experiencing La Cerdanya.

The project combines premium bungalows and luxury glamping tents, fully integrated into the traditional agricultural landscape and surrounded by native vegetation. A heated outdoor pool, social club, restaurant with local products, children’s and sports areas complete the experience, while the reception and parking are strategically placed to keep the accommodation area traffic-free.

Sustainability is built into the project through permeable pathways, rainwater harvesting, on-site wastewater treatment, composting, solar energy, local suppliers and extensive green areas that work as both visual and ecological buffers.

Designed as a first-class campsite, the project aligns with the La Cerdanya Master Plan and Landscape Catalogue to promote a tourism model that is authentic.

Un eco-glamping boutique pensado para ofrecer una forma más natural, confortable y responsable de vivir La Cerdanya.

El proyecto combina bungalows premium y tiendas glamping de lujo, completamente integrados en el paisaje agrícola tradicional y rodeados de vegetación autóctona. Una piscina exterior climatizada, social club, restaurante con producto local, zonas infantiles y deportivas completan la experiencia, mientras la recepción y el aparcamiento se sitúan estratégicamente para mantener la zona de alojamiento libre de tráfico.

La sostenibilidad forma parte esencial del proyecto a través de caminos permeables, recogida de aguas pluviales, tratamiento de aguas residuales in situ, compostaje, energía solar, proveedores locales y amplias zonas verdes que funcionan como filtro visual y ecológico.

Diseñado como camping de primera categoría, el proyecto se alinea con el Master Plan y el Landscape Catalogue de La Cerdanya para impulsar un modelo turístico auténtico.

Lord Rothschild Summer Pavilion · Corfu

In Corfu, Lord Rothschild Summer Pavilion is conceived as a summer retreat where architecture, water, stone and landscape come together with remarkable natural ease.
At the heart of the project lies an ancient marble quarry discovered within the rocky promontory, becoming the element that organizes the experience of the site. A dramatic rock formation and a waterfall frame the main pool, whose calm tone echoes the surrounding sea.
Terraces planted with olive trees, cypresses, lavender and Mediterranean shrubs soften the rugged character of the terrain, while marble, tiles and traditional materials connect the project to the local architecture of Corfu, with its strong Italian influence.

The pavilion, Roman baths, entrance patio and terraces are completed by an original Roman mosaic and sculptures, adding a rich dialogue between nature, history and architecture.

En Corfú, Lord Rothschild Summer Pavilion se concibe como un retiro de verano donde arquitectura, agua, piedra y paisaje se integran con gran naturalidad.

En el corazón del proyecto aparece una antigua cantera de mármol descubierta dentro del promontorio rocoso, convirtiéndose en el elemento que organiza la experiencia del lugar. Una gran roca y una cascada enmarcan la piscina principal, cuyo tono sereno evoca el mar que la rodea.
Terrazas con olivos, cipreses, lavanda y vegetación mediterránea suavizan el carácter abrupto del terreno, mientras el mármol, la cerámica y los materiales tradicionales conectan el proyecto con la arquitectura local de Corfú, marcada por una fuerte influencia italiana.

El pabellón, los baños romanos, el patio de acceso y las terrazas se completan con un mosaico romano original y esculturas, creando un diálogo entre naturaleza, historia y arquitectura.

Predio de Sa Fúa · Ciutadella de Menorca

36 bioclimatic houses in the south of Menorca, designed around landscape, views and Mediterranean sustainability.

Predio de Sa Fúa is organized in four rows that follow the natural slope of the land, allowing each home to open towards the scenery while preserving privacy and comfort.
Thermal clay brick, stone cladding and green roofs help regulate temperature and reduce energy use, while local Mediterranean vegetation brings continuity between private gardens and shared outdoor spaces.

Water is also part of the residential experience, with pools integrated into each house and outdoor areas designed for daily life in the Mediterranean climate.

Awarded the Prize for Mediterranean Environmental Quality, Predio de Sa Fúa shows how residential architecture can combine comfort, landscape and environmental responsibility.

36 viviendas bioclimáticas en el sur de Menorca, diseñadas en torno al paisaje, las vistas y la sostenibilidad mediterránea.

Predio de Sa Fúa se organiza en cuatro hileras que siguen la pendiente natural del terreno, permitiendo que cada vivienda se abra al entorno, manteniendo privacidad y confort.
El ladrillo térmico, la piedra y las cubiertas verdes ayudan a regular la temperatura y reducir el consumo energético, mientras la vegetación mediterránea local crea continuidad entre jardines privados y espacios exteriores comunes.

El agua también forma parte de la experiencia residencial, con piscinas integradas en cada vivienda y espacios exteriores pensados para la vida diaria en clima mediterráneo.
Premiado por su Calidad Ambiental Mediterránea, Predio de Sa Fúa muestra cómo la arquitectura residencial puede unir confort, paisaje y responsabilidad ambiental.

Can Mercader · Badalona

Built on the old Barcelona–France road, Can Mercader transformed a 23,475 m² plot in Badalona into an open residential neighborhood.

Instead of following the closed block model, the project created a more generous urban structure: towers, low-rise blocks, plazas, gardens, pedestrian streets and shared courtyards.

With 350 apartments, shops, a daycare center, a café-club and underground parking, the complex was designed as a place for everyday life, not just housing.

Its strength lies in the relationship between architecture and public space: internal pedestrian paths, ramps, terraced plazas and green areas create a car-free environment that encourages movement, encounters and community.

Exposed concrete, glossy ceramic cladding, reddish paving and green roofs give the complex its distinctive identity.

A residential project where urban design, housing and landscape come together to create a more human way of living in the city.

Construido sobre la antigua carretera Barcelona-Francia, Can Mercader transformó una parcela de 23.475 m² en Badalona en un barrio residencial abierto.

En lugar de seguir el modelo de manzana cerrada, el proyecto propuso una estructura urbana más generosa: torres, bloques bajos, plazas, jardines, calles peatonales y patios compartidos.

Con 350 viviendas, locales comerciales, guardería, café-club y aparcamiento subterráneo, el conjunto fue pensado como un lugar para la vida cotidiana, no solo como vivienda.

Su fuerza está en la relación entre arquitectura y espacio público: recorridos peatonales, rampas, plazas aterrazadas y zonas verdes crean un entorno sin coches que favorece el movimiento, el encuentro y la vida comunitaria.

Hormigón visto, cerámica brillante, pavimentos rojizos y cubiertas verdes dan identidad al conjunto.
Un proyecto residencial donde urbanismo, vivienda y paisaje trabajan juntos para construir una forma más humana de vivir la ciudad.

Karamanis House · Greece

Stone, water and a green roof define this private residence located just two hours from Athens.
Its organic floor plan combines straight and curved lines, creating a balance between privacy, openness and movement. Local stone brings strength, texture and continuity to both interior and exterior spaces, while wood adds warmth at the entrance.

Water guides the experience of the house: from the entrance pond to the interior channels, the small pool by the main suite and the infinity pool surrounded by terraces and shaded outdoor areas.
A residence where geometry, natural materials and water create a calm connection with the landscape.

Piedra, agua y un techo verde definen esta residencia privada situada a solo dos horas de Atenas.
Su planta orgánica combina líneas rectas y curvas, creando un equilibrio entre privacidad, amplitud y movimiento. La piedra local aporta fuerza, textura y continuidad al interior y exterior, mientras la madera suma calidez en el acceso.

El agua guía la experiencia de la casa: desde el estanque de entrada hasta los canales interiores, la pequeña piscina junto a la suite principal y la piscina infinita rodeada de terrazas y sombra.
Una residencia donde geometría, materiales naturales y agua construyen una conexión serena con el paisaje.
