Edge-Riyadh treats the entrance as the primary public realm, social hub, brand stage, and first emotional point of contact. Supported by a strong brand presence, it creates a vivid activity zone that offers visitors a glimpse of key features, including lounge areas, a podcast space, booths, an exhibition area, and pop-up zones.

Edge-Riyadh brings the brand’s sculptural volumes and premium character into a local workplace experience shaped by visibility, balance, and elevated comfort. Designed for a market where dynamic and scalable entrepreneurial spaces are in growing demand, the project puts hospitality, human-centered design, and environmental and social wellbeing at the forefront.

Local adaptation principles include a welcoming arrival and reception sequence, a broader mix of social and collaborative settings, clear privacy gradients including a ladies’ room, biophilic relief and calm zones, and automated coffee corners placed to reduce disruption in formal meeting areas.

Both floor levels are organized around two main activity poles located near the vertical circulation cores. Together, they create a gradient of distinct activity scenarios that shapes the communal areas and circulation, while also improving acoustics and user comfort.

Edge Riyadh, a destination where hospitality, privacy, biophilia, and branded activation transform coworking into a premium experience.

Our Riyadh business center is conceived as a flexible workplace for entrepreneurs, startups, corporates, and agencies, carrying forward the Edge identity first developed for Cairo and soon expanding across the Middle East and North Africa.

Defined by a series of central sculptural islands within a continuous open field, the design balances efficient planning with fluid circulation, transparency, and clear visual orientation. Warm neutral tones, functional clarity, and high design quality make the Edge language instantly recognizable.

This week, we had furniture delivered and installed for one of our latest apartment refurbishments in Barcelona.

All pieces had been previously selected by us for the project, then ordered and brought together for a one-day installation. We trusted an incredible professional team who meticulously took care of everything.

A few details still need to be completed, but our clients can now start enjoying the space 🤍
