L35’s practice covers a myriad of architectural forms, projects both large and complex. We are currently working on numerous projects, among which are several office buildings and corporate headquarters, residential complexes and large shopping and leisure centres. In line with its international development strategy, the firm is currently working on a variety of projects In France, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Brazil and Argentina.

𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗞𝗢: As part of our 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, young architects from L35 revisited some of the studio’s most iconic projects through their own lens. In this edition, Paula Pérez-Huet Oliver and Wiktoria Stepien revisited Ginko in Bordeaux, France; an eco-district that reimagines the relationship between nature, commerce and urban life.

Her perspective reflects on how mixed-use development can regenerate the city by connecting people, landscape and everyday activity into a more sustainable and human-centred neighbourhood.

For a few days, the second floor of the Círculo Ecuestre became a suspended blue interior: an immersive space designed by L35 Architects to slow the pace, listen, and perceive differently.

Light, sound, colour and materiality came together to create an experience where architecture, music and atmosphere converged. A stage for Queralt Lahoz’s voice and, at the same time, a sensory pause within the Ecléctica journey.

The last 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 before summer took place at the office in Barcelona.

With a DJ set organised by their team and an exhibition showcasing the studio’s holistic vision, it was a great chance to gain a closer insight into the work and vision of one of Barcelona’s architecture studios.

The series is organised by in collaboration with and , and curated by Miriam Giordano, Gaia Pellegrini and John Hill.

Architecture Studio Sessions is part of the official programme of Barcelona 2026 World Capital of Architecture and brings together ten studios across the city, highlighting the strength and diversity of Barcelona’s architectural scene.

In this video, Santiago Montero Mendez, architect at L35 Architects, revisits the transformation of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid. His perspective explores how the project goes beyond the renovation of an iconic venue, redefining its relationship with the city through new public spaces, improved connectivity and a flexible, year-round programme.

Some projects do not try to transform a place by imposing themselves, but by giving it structure, continuity and meaning.

In this video, Andrea Silvestrini, junior architect at L35 Architects, revisits ICAM Campus in Carré Sénart, France; a project that combines education, offices and residences in an urban environment still taking shape.

NEW PROJECT: Westrict is a new mixed-use destination by The Land Developers in Sheikh Zayed, West Cairo.

Designed as an integrated urban ecosystem, the project brings together hospitality, serviced residences, offices, retail and F&B within a walkable environment active throughout the day.

L35 Architects has developed the project as Master Architect & Urban Planner, with a hospitality-led approach that connects movement, visibility and public life.

As L35 Architects approaches its 60th anniversary next year, eight young architects have revisited eight historic projects by the studio, opening a dialogue between legacy, new perspectives and the future of architectural practice.

In this video, María Menéndez () revisits ITALIK, an urban regeneration project in Paris that transforms a residual space behind Italie 2 into an active urban edge. Through a transparent commercial plinth, improved accesses and an elevated garden, the project redefines the relationship between architecture, public space and the city.

Tercer puesto para MARGE 434 en el concurso para la transformación de la Fachada Marítima de Palma.

La propuesta, desarrollada por LANDLAB, L35, Antoni Vilanova, Aiguasol, JG Ingenieros y Doymo, plantea repensar el litoral de Palma no como un límite, sino como un nuevo umbral urbano entre la ciudad y el mar.

MARGE 434 integra espacio público, paisaje, arquitectura, patrimonio y sostenibilidad a través de una infraestructura cívica continua: un parque urbano permeable, accesible y activo, capaz de conectar la Fachada Marítima con el Centro Histórico, el Parc de la Mar y el Polígono de Levante.

En el centro de la intervención se sitúa la rehabilitación del edificio GESA, respetando sus valores patrimoniales y su condición de arquitectura moderna, e incorporando nuevos usos culturales, públicos, administrativos y de innovación.

Una propuesta para una Palma más conectada, inclusiva, sostenible y abierta al mar.

𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗡 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗔 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗨𝗠: La Nube takes another step towards becoming reality. With the publication of the construction tender, the transformation of Gran Canaria Stadium enters a new phase.

The project will redefine the stadium as a world-class venue for the 2030 FIFA World Cup, enhancing the spectator experience and creating a more open, connected and future-ready destination for the city.

A major milestone in bringing this vision to life.
