⚠️ ¿POR QUÉ HEMOS ESTADO MENOS ACTIVOS EN REDES SOCIALES?
Durante las últimas semanas hemos estado ocupados haciendo algo que, lamentablemente, se está convirtiendo en una parte habitual de nuestro trabajo:
Rectificar trabajos deficientes, instalaciones incorrectas y, en algunos casos, situaciones potencialmente peligrosas para propietarios y ocupantes.
Hemos encontrado conexiones eléctricas sueltas, circuitos sobrecargados, ausencia de toma de tierra, cableado incorrecto, impermeabilizaciones defectuosas, problemas estructurales y reformas realizadas sin cumplir las normas básicas de construcción.
Muchos de estos problemas tienen algo en común:
El trabajo se eligió únicamente por precio.
Como propietario, es natural querer ahorrar dinero. Sin embargo, el presupuesto más barato rara vez refleja el coste real de una obra.
Consideremos un ejemplo:
🔹 Empresa legal registrada: 16.000 €
🔹 Trabajo sin factura: 10.000 €
A primera vista parece un ahorro de 6.000 €.
Pero la verdadera pregunta es:
¿Está ahorrando 6.000 € o está comprando 6.000 € de riesgo?
Una empresa legal ofrece:
✅ Factura y justificante de pago
✅ Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil
✅ Garantías
✅ Protección jurídica
✅ Pagos trazables
✅ Posibilidad de acceder a ayudas y subvenciones
✅ Evidencia de inversión para futuras ventas
✅ Mayor tranquilidad
Por el contrario, los trabajos sin factura suelen significar:
❌ Sin garantía real
❌ Sin protección jurídica
❌ Sin documentación de la inversión
❌ Sin posibilidad de justificar mejoras
❌ Mayor exposición a riesgos y reclamaciones
❌ Dificultades futuras al vender la propiedad
También conviene recordar que la legislación española establece limitaciones para determinados pagos en efectivo y contempla sanciones relacionadas con el empleo irregular y el incumplimiento de obligaciones legales.

It is also worth remembering that Spanish legislation places restrictions on certain cash payments and includes penalties relating to undeclared labour and non-compliance with legal obligations.
