What does industrialized construction sound like?

For L31, the CLT structure was assembled in just three days, within the narrow streets of a Mediterranean historic town.

A precisely designed and prefabricated system transforms not only the way we build, but also the impact of construction on its surroundings.

Less noise.
Less waste.
Less disruption.

In a context where everyday life continues just a few metres from the building site, silence becomes another form of sustainability.

Not every floor has the same value. Why should it have the same plan?

Abedules questions the repetition of the typical floor in residential buildings.

As height increases, so do light, views and the relationship with the surroundings. The project responds by progressively increasing the size of each dwelling, allowing the building to expand as it rises.

A fixed central core organises the structure and circulation, while a variable perimeter gives each floor its own geometry and terraces.

An economic condition becomes an architectural decision — and ultimately, the form of the building.

CH13 begins with two simple operations.

A new courtyard reorganises the existing house around light and vegetation.

As the house grows upwards, the courtyard continues through the new floor, while the added volume rotates towards the views.

Extending a house does not necessarily mean continuing what already exists.

Sometimes the addition can redefine it.

OC3 is organised around movement.

Changes in level, orientation and light create different relationships with the surrounding landscape, allowing each space to establish its own connection with the site.

Architecture becomes a sequence rather than a viewpoint.

Casi 4 años desde la finalización de nuestro primer proyecto de vivienda plurifamiliar, que tambien coincide con nuestro primer proyecto construido.

11 viviendas con 11 tipologias diferentes desde estudios a duplex de 3 dormitorios.
Este aproach al proyecto nos permitió experimentar con diferentes organizaciones para la vivienda en una fase muy temprana del estudio. Conceptos que hemos ido recuperando y re-estudiando en los proyectos que han venido despues siempre buscando la mejor respuesta arquitectónica a las necesidades particulares del proyecto y sus habitantes.

LA CUADRINA_ Our first project in Asturias is nearly complete and just beginning to come alive through those who will call it home.

A former cattle barn once used for cheese production has been transformed into a warm, contemporary home for a family.

The renovation respects the original volume, preserving its presence within the rural landscape, while the interior has been reimagined to meet the needs of its new inhabitants.

We were entrusted with the transformation of one of Torremolinos’ most iconic nightlife venues a space that once pulsed with the glamour of the ‘80s as Tiffany’s, evolved into Palladium, and now lives on as Studio Club, a leading voice in today’s electronic music scene.

The renovation honored the cultural memory of the building while projecting it into a bold new future. Artists like Play in Colors and Conxisane added layers of identity and expression, turning architecture into a living stage.

As Studio Club’s anniversary approaches, we celebrate a story of reinvention of space, sound, and collective memory.
To mark the occasion, we’re sharing a glimpse into the transformation process a visual journey through demolition, design and rebirth.
