The transformation has officially begun! 🔨🏡

This full villa reform is now well underway. We started by completely stripping out the existing kitchen, removing all wall and floor finishes, and preparing the space for a brand-new layout.

✅ Full kitchen demolition
✅ Existing tiles removed from walls and floor
✅ New plumbing and electrical first fix completed
✅ Walls re-rendered and skimmed ready for decoration
✅ New ceiling with recessed LED lighting installed
✅ Structural opening created for a large aluminium sliding patio door with new lintel fitted
✅ Exterior blockwork completed and ready to be finished to match the existing stone façade
✅ Floors levelled and prepared for new tiling

Complete Villa Transformation – Before & After

This project involved a full villa renovation, transforming a dated interior into a modern, bright and functional living space.

Kitchen Renovation
The original kitchen featured ageing oak-effect cabinets, dated tiled finishes and limited storage solutions. The space was completely stripped back, including removal of the old units and wall finishes. A new IKEA kitchen was installed with clean white handleless cabinetry, integrated appliances, modern worktops and under-cabinet LED lighting. Additional full-height storage units were incorporated to maximise functionality while maintaining a sleek contemporary appearance. The result is a spacious, light-filled kitchen with a timeless Scandinavian design.

Flooring Upgrade
Throughout the villa, the original ceramic floor tiles were replaced with large-format porcelain tiles. The new flooring creates a seamless flow between rooms, enhances natural light and provides a modern, high-end finish while improving durability and ease of maintenance.

Bathroom Renovation
The existing bathroom, which featured a corner shower, built-in bath and dated wall tiling, was completely redesigned. The new space includes a contemporary walk-in shower with glass enclosure, a floating double vanity unit, illuminated mirror and large-format wall and floor tiles. The renovation has transformed the bathroom into a luxurious, spa-inspired space with improved functionality and a much more modern aesthetic.

Overall Reform
The villa underwent a complete modernisation including demolition works, preparation, tiling, installation of new fixtures and fittings, lighting upgrades and finishing works. The transformation has dramatically increased both the visual appeal and practicality of the property, creating a bright, contemporary home finished to a high standard.
