New Challenge Accepted!

The client’s designer has just shared a new concept for the project. The client loved the idea immediately and wanted to bring it to life.

It’s a great design — ambitious, detailed, and visually impressive. The question was: can we pull it off?

Our answer: yes, we can.

After reviewing everything and having a detailed discussion with the client, including budget considerations, we were able to reach an agreement that works for both sides. With some adjustments and clear planning, the project is now moving forward.

Basement Bathroom Renovation

The existing basement bathroom was too small and impractical for the client's needs. To create a more comfortable and functional space, we reconfigured the layout by extending the bathroom into the adjoining living area. This allowed us to install a much larger walk-in shower while improving the overall flow of the room.

One of the biggest issues with the original layout was the narrow gap between the vanity and the shower, which made using the toilet uncomfortable. By increasing the width of the bathroom, we created a more spacious feel with better circulation and everyday usability.

The finished design features a modern, minimalist aesthetic with a floating vanity, concealed build in toilet, premium large-format tiles, and brushed brass fixtures, transforming a cramped basement bathroom into a bright, luxurious, and highly functional space.

From a standard new-build to a luxury designer home.

Our clients had just purchased this brand-new apartment. It was technically move-in ready, but it lacked personality, warmth, and the premium feel they had envisioned. They wanted a home that looked and felt truly luxurious, so they brought in an interior designer to reimagine the space—and entrusted us to bring that vision to life.

To elevate the apartment, we carried out a complete interior upgrade, including:

• Redesigned the kitchen by adding a stunning waterfall breakfast bar, transforming it into the focal point of the space.
• Installed a marble-effect splashback and warm under-cabinet LED lighting.
• Upgraded the kitchen with modern black fixtures and premium finishes.
• Created a sophisticated dining area with carefully selected furniture.
• Completed all electrical works .
• Finished the space with a clean, contemporary colour palette that enhances natural light while adding warmth and elegance.

The result is a home that feels bespoke rather than builder-grade—a perfect example of how thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail can completely transform a brand-new apartment into a luxury living space.
