🇬🇧 When creating Apartment Horizon, Agnieszka Buczkowska-Korlińska set out to give a coastal apartment a distinctly urban character - one that responds not only to the presence of the sea and the horizon, but also to the architectural context of Malaga Tower, a contemporary high-rise embedded in the city’s fabric.

This dialogue between urban elegance and coastal atmosphere was recognized by the international jury of the European Property Awards, which named Apartment Horizon the Best Residential Interior in Spain and also nominated the project for the European award.

🇪🇸 Al crear Apartment Horizon, Agnieszka Buczkowska-Korlińska se propuso dotar a un apartamento en la costa de un carácter claramente urbano, capaz de responder no solo a la presencia del mar y del horizonte, sino también al contexto arquitectónico de Malaga Tower, un rascacielos contemporáneo integrado en el tejido de la ciudad.

Este diálogo entre la elegancia urbana y la atmósfera costera fue reconocido por el jurado internacional de los European Property Awards, que distinguió a Apartment Horizon como el Mejor Interior Residencial de España y también nominó el proyecto al premio europeo.

🇵🇱 Tworząc Apartment Horizon, Agnieszka Buczkowska-Korlińska postawiła sobie za cel nadanie apartamentowi na wybrzeżu wyraźnie miejskiego charakteru - odpowiadającego nie tylko na obecność morza i horyzontu, lecz także na architektoniczny kontekst Malaga Tower, współczesnego wysokościowca wpisanego w tkankę miasta.

Ten dialog między miejską elegancją a nadmorską atmosferą został doceniony przez międzynarodowe jury European Property Awards, które uznało Apartment Horizon za najlepsze wnętrze rezydencjonalne w Hiszpanii, a także uzyskało nominację do nagrody europejskiej.

The context of the 1960s building, its scale and architectural weight, influence the way the interior space is shaped.

Light, views, and the rhythm of the surroundings permeate the interior, becoming an integral part of the composition of the duplex apartment.

SOTO AZUL | 350 sqm | SOTOGRANDE

The project draws on the language of Andalusian architecture - whitewashed surfaces, shaded courtyards and handcrafted details rooted in tradition. Soft blues, natural textures and references to azulejos reinforce this heritage. It is here, in Sotogrande, that we are also opening our new studio and showroom - a space to meet, create and continue this story.

El proyecto se inspira en el lenguaje de la arquitectura andaluza: superficies encaladas, patios sombreados y detalles artesanales enraizados en la tradición. Los azules suaves, las texturas naturales y las referencias a los azulejos refuerzan este legado. Es aquí, en Sotogrande, donde también abrimos nuestro nuevo estudio y showroom - un espacio para encontrarnos, crear y continuar esta historia.

Located in the heart of Sotogrande, the villa sits within one of Southern Europe’s most private residential enclaves. Palm-lined avenues, world-class golf courses and a sense of seclusion define the area, while the southern Spanish light fills the interiors and connects the home to its surroundings.

Situada en el corazón de Sotogrande, la villa se encuentra en uno de los enclaves residenciales más privados del sur de Europa. Avenidas bordeadas de palmeras, campos de golf de primer nivel y una sensación de aislamiento definen la zona, mientras la luz del sur de España llena los interiores y conecta la casa con su entorno.

The project also included new driveways, fencing, gates, outdoor lighting, and a drainage system for the slope. It is an investment that demonstrates how a luxury home begins with well-designed infrastructure and quality craftsmanship - elements that may remain invisible at first glance.

El proyecto también incluyó nuevos accesos, cerramientos, portones, iluminación exterior y un sistema de drenaje para la ladera. Es una inversión que demuestra que una vivienda de lujo comienza con una infraestructura bien resuelta y una alta calidad de ejecución, aunque no sean elementos visibles a primera vista.

Projekt obejmował również nowe podjazdy, ogrodzenia, bramy, oświetlenie zewnętrzne i system odprowadzania wody ze skarpy. To inwestycja, która pokazuje, że luksusowy dom zaczyna się od dobrze rozwiązanej infrastruktury i jakości wykonania, niewidocznej na pierwszy rzut oka.

VILLA LA GASPARA | 470 sqm | ESTAPONA

The outdoor spaces of this villa in Estepona were designed as a system of interconnected terraces and relaxation areas opening towards the sea and the surrounding landscape. The cascading arrangement of the garden, swimming pool, and whirlpool bath allows for a seamless transition between different parts of the house while maintaining a constant connection to the views and natural light.

An integral part of this concept is the wellness area. The sauna was directly connected to the terraces, whirlpool bath, and pool zone, creating a space for relaxation between the interior and the outdoors. Adjacent to it, we also designed a private lounge area with a home cinema, where the residents and their guests can fully unwind and enjoy moments of complete relaxation.

Los espacios exteriores de esta villa en Estepona fueron diseñados como un sistema de terrazas y zonas de descanso interconectadas, abiertas hacia el mar y el paisaje circundante. La disposición en cascada del jardín, la piscina y el whirlpool bath permite una transición fluida entre las distintas partes de la casa, manteniendo una relación constante con las vistas y la luz natural.

Una parte integral de este concepto es la zona wellness. La sauna se conectó directamente con las terrazas, el whirlpool bath y el área de la piscina, creando un espacio de relajación entre el interior y el exterior. Junto a ella, también diseñamos una zona privada de descanso con sala de cine, donde los residentes y sus invitados podrán desconectar por completo y disfrutar de un verdadero momento de bienestar.

Przestrzenie zewnętrzne tej willi w Esteponie zaprojektowaliśmy jako system połączonych ze sobą tarasów i stref wypoczynku otwierających się na morze oraz otaczający krajobraz. Kaskadowy układ ogrodu, basenu i whirlpool bath pozwala płynnie przechodzić pomiędzy kolejnymi częściami domu, zachowując stałą relację z widokiem i naturalnym światłem.

Integralną częścią tej koncepcji stała się strefa wellness. Sauna została bezpośrednio połączona z tarasami, whirlpool bath i częścią basenową, tworząc przestrzeń do odpoczynku pomiędzy wnętrzem a zewnętrzem. Obok zaprojektowaliśmy również prywatną strefę relaksu z częścią kinową, w której domownicy i ich goście oddać się będą mogli pełnemu wypoczynkowi.

The seven bedrooms in this project were designed as independent relaxation zones for the family and guests. The main objective was to create interiors that are neutral, timeless, and comfortable, functioning equally well for short holiday stays and extended use of the home. The master bedroom was designed with a direct view of Gibraltar and the Mediterranean Sea.

Los siete dormitorios de este proyecto fueron diseñados como zonas independientes de descanso para la familia y los invitados. El objetivo principal fue crear interiores neutros, atemporales y confortables, que funcionen igual de bien tanto durante estancias vacacionales cortas como para un uso prolongado de la vivienda. El dormitorio principal fue diseñado con vistas directas a Gibraltar y al mar Mediterráneo.

Siedem sypialni w tej realizacji zaprojektowaliśmy jako niezależne strefy wypoczynku dla rodziny i gości. Głównym założeniem było stworzenie wnętrz neutralnych, ponadczasowych i komfortowych, które będą dobrze funkcjonować zarówno podczas krótkich pobytów wakacyjnych, jak i dłuższego użytkowania domu. Master bedroom została zaprojektowana z bezpośrednim widokiem na Gibraltar i Morze Śródziemne.
