Hace unas semanas, el Cuerpo de Bomberos de Zaragoza nos pidió venir a Dynatech para poder conocer más acerca del ascensor.
Según nos manifestaron, la intervención en ascensores es algo bastante habitual dentro de las diversas situaciones a las que se deben enfrentar.
Sin embargo, sus conocimientos sobre este medio de transporte son bastante escasos, según su opinión, por lo que con el fin de mejorar dicho conocimiento y, de este modo, incrementar la eficiencia y eficacia en sus intervenciones, decidieron visitarnos.
Finalmente, el pasado 21 de enero, 12 bomberos, pertenecientes al primer turno de los seis con los que cuenta el Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza, estuvieron toda una mañana en nuestras instalaciones.
Nuestro Departamento de I+D les preparó una charla técnica informativa, apoyada sobre documentos gráficos e imágenes. Tras esta sesión, se desplazaron a las torres de ensayos donde hay varios ascensores reales realizando tests de prueba. Dado el tipo de instalación, estos ascensores tienen todos los componentes a la vista, lo cual fue particularmente instructivo para los bomberos ya que, en las intervenciones realizadas en huecos de ascensor, no tienen posibilidad de ver los elementos de la misma forma y, dado que se trata de solventar una emergencia, tampoco tienen ni tiempo ni a nadie que les explique para que sirve cada cosa.
Al finalizar la visita, todo el grupo se mostró muy satisfecho y agradecido con nuestra empresa puesto que aprendieron muchas cosas nuevas que les facilitarán su labor en el futuro.
Desde Dynatech queremos felicitar a este grupo de bomberos, de manera particular, por su vocación de servicio, interés personal y proactividad en la mejora de su desempeño profesional. Esta interacción profesional redundará en un mayor beneficio para la sociedad con toda seguridad.

A few weeks ago, the Zaragoza Fire Brigade (Cuerpo de Bomberos de Zaragoza) asked to visit Dynatech in order to learn more about elevators.
As they explained to us, interventions involving elevators are quite common among the many situations they have to deal with. However, according to their own assessment, their knowledge of this means of transport is rather limited. For this reason, and with the aim of improving their understanding—and thus increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of their interventions—they decided to visit us.
Finally, on January 21st, twelve firefighters from the first of the six shifts of the Zaragoza City Council spent an entire morning at our facilities.
Our R&D Department prepared an informative technical presentation, supported by graphic documents and images. After this session, they moved on to the test towers, where several real elevators are used for trial testing. Given the nature of the installation, all the components of these elevators are fully visible, which was particularly instructive for the firefighters. During real interventions in elevator shafts, they do not have the opportunity to see the elements in this way, and since these situations involve emergencies, they neither have the time nor someone available to explain the function of each component.
At the end of the visit, the entire group expressed great satisfaction and gratitude toward our company, as they learned many new things that will help them in their work in the future.
From Dynatech, we would like to congratulate this group of firefighters in particular for their vocation for service, personal interest, and proactive attitude toward improving their professional performance. This professional interaction will undoubtedly result in a greater benefit for society as a whole.
