Being an owner of 3 villas in Lanzarote I understand the problem to find reliable people for all the renovation work that needs to be done in your home or rental property. I struggled to find people who came on time, who did the job within the estimated time, I had jobs done by people that didn’t gave warranty, I had a roof that was leaking after 3 weeks because the felt was put wrong, I had the feeling that I had to keep calling painters because the paint didn’t hold, I was quoted 2850€ on only labour for a small bathroom to renovate by a Columbian, I paid 800€ to put a few square meters of tiles, and I can go on, and on.....
This made me think that it was time to start up my own business together with my new partner who is a professional builder. We reunited us with some other professional people to offer our clients a complete service, reliable, professional, official Low Cost renovation company that stands for what it says. We give free estimates of price. We speak English, German, Spanish and Dutch.
Do you like a new bathroom? Our labour starts from 800€ for a small bathroom, we can advise you in colours, design, tiles, whirlpool bath or bath, walk-in shower ... You can buy the material or we do that for you, or we go with you.
Is your kitchen outdated? We can help you to go and order it, being an interior designer I can advise you, we can place it, we can do all the connections, place the tiles, maybe you want a new floor to match the new kitchen?
