❄️ A DAY IN THE FRIDGES 🧊

From fixing a domestic American fridge freezer and getting the ice maker back in action this morning…

To a commercial freezer this afternoon with a condenser that definitely hadn’t seen daylight for a while 😳 — stripped down, cleaned, serviced and back down to temperature.

Then finishing the day discussing our next project — new industrial walk-in fridges and freezer rooms for a commercial kitchen. 👌

July… what a month! 🥵🔥

Looking back, it’s been absolutely non-stop from start to finish. Working through the extreme heat and humidity we’ve had this month hasn’t been easy, but it’s been another month doing what I love and helping customers stay cool, comfortable and keep their homes running.

The temperatures have been relentless, which means air conditioning has been working harder than ever. It’s been long days, hot roofs, cramped spaces and plenty of sweat… but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

3/3 a Mitsi HR25 in the back of the van and that’s where it’s staying… The customer thought it was ok to come out shouting and screaming at me and my lads for being 30mins late… Not today pal… your now at the back of the que and I’ll squeeze a couple of breakdowns in this afternoon.

If it's too hot outside... head to Tapa Fusion Moraira😎❄️

Tapa Fusion recently posted that if it's too hot outside, come inside where it's a cool 24°C... and seeing that made all the hard work worthwhile! 🙌

Some jobs really test your experience—and this was definitely one of them.

We replaced a 20 year-old commercial air handling system with a new 18kW 3-phase Giatsu ducted system. Working in temperatures of around 65°C with less than 4ft of headroom, we had to dismantle the old air handling units where they stood before removing doors and glass panels to lower the old equipment out and lift the new system into position.

Once the installation was complete, we've been back to commission and fine-tune the system, making adjustments to the airflow and controls to ensure it's performing exactly as it should. We don't just install a system—we make sure it delivers.

A huge thank you to Horizon Airconditioning Solutions for teaming up with me on this one, and to the fantastic team at Tapa Fusion Moraira for trusting us with the project—and for keeping us fed and hydrated while we worked in those conditions. It was certainly appreciated! 👊

Now the hard work is forgotten, and the reward is a restaurant that's a comfortable 24°C, no matter how hot it gets outside. 🍻❄️
