This client was complaining of electric shocks from their taps and bath metal work.

We discovered the house had no earth system in place and was using the pipes as a fault path.

New tidy earth install for this house. No more floating voltage. Also during the process found a reverse polarity of the main supply cables too 🥴 never a dull day !

We have been extremely busy recently helping many of you, not only with problems, but new installs too!

In this property we installed a 40m run to a whirlpool bath from the consumer unit in the center of this estate, put through the garage and then down the side of the house.

With very short notice, we were made aware of a builder who needed an urgent 2nd fix completed after their electrician was unable to complete. Very happy with the outcome. Still a fair bit of work to finish and complete, but working out someone else's wiring and supplying all the materials quick enough is always a chore in Spain !
All sockets, switches, appliances and a 3 phase cooker /supply. Safe and tested.
