Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Air Conditioning Systems

About Us:
AireFresco Air Conditioning Services is a leading provider of air conditioning systems. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a full-time skilled Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in Lanzarote.

Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems.
Work independently or collaboratively with team members.
Occasionally collaborate with the installation team on projects.
Troubleshoot technical issues with air conditioning systems.

Requirements:
Previous experience in the maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems would be advantageous.
Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Basic electrical knowledge.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Residency in Lanzarote with all necessary paperwork.
Ability to start immediately.
Clean driving license.

Due to our current high workload and backlog in maintenance visits, we require an additional engineer to assist with air conditioning maintenances. The position will initially be part-time (3-days a week) but could potentially lead to a full-time position in the future.

Training will be given, but previous experience in either HVAC, electrics, plumbing or another technical field is required. Applicants must speak English to a high level, hold a valid Spanish driving licence, have all paperwork in order and be available for an immediate start.

Regular maintenance is important to keep your air conditioning system running efficiently and clean. Our maintenance visits are more than just filter cleans, we clean the whole system with environmentally friendly chemicals, designed specifically for use on air conditioning systems. This system was cleaned yesterday in Corralejo and the difference was huge, especially on the fan section which was black when we started and ended up brilliant white by the end. The whole process took less than an hour and this system is now dirt, dust, bacteria and virus free.
