Looking back at a project that’s still going strong.💪

We tackled this job by stripping away tired, leaking 10mm decking and replacing it with heavy-duty 22mm Redwood Pine, sealed under a double-layer SBS felt system. 🌧️🔒

At a glance 👀 A couple of areas from a recent job:

✅ 3 x 2 layer Roof system, with raised and formed drip perimeter to stop wall staining. ✅ Clean prep and paint works to the curves, concrete and metal rooftops. ✅ Sika 365.

Full finale still to come when sky finally clears. Ready to say goodbye to the Saharan dust now, but it keeps on rolling in.

✅ Replaced rotten timber along the bottom edge.
✅ Extended pergola an extra meter over the doorway.
✅ Over decked with OSB.
✅ Fitted 2 layer roof system.
✅ 2 coats of magic sika paint.
