La misma sensibilidad que define la arquitectura desde el exterior continúa en cada estancia a través de la proporción, la luz y la materialidad.

La forma ordena el espacio, la luz revela sus matices y el cuidado del detalle convierte cada encuentro entre materiales en una experiencia serena y natural.

Hay espacios que no terminan en sus límites construidos.

Son lugares donde el cielo, el viento y el agua forman parte de la arquitectura, donde la luz cambia cada instante y el paisaje entra a vivir con quienes lo habitan.

Para nosotras el exterior es como una estancia más de la vivienda. Un espacio pensado para detenerse, respirar y conectar con el lugar, haciendo que la arquitectura desaparezca para dejar que la naturaleza sea la protagonista.

En Montesanco, cada detalle forma parte de una misma idea. La forma en que la luz atraviesa los espacios, la relación entre los materiales y el paisaje, o la manera en que cada estancia se abre al exterior responden a una arquitectura pensada para ser vivida con calma.

Creemos que la arquitectura nace cuando el lugar, la luz y las personas encuentran el equilibrio.

En Studio Vives, cada proyecto nace del respeto por el lugar.

La vegetación existente, la topografía, la luz y las vistas son el punto de partida para crear espacios exteriores que prolongan la vida de la vivienda.
