‘Hand shaped’ sounds great for marketing… but surfboards are pretty much all hand built anyway.

A CNC just gets us to a precise starting point: same model, every time and it also means we can actually tell you the board’s volume before we even make it…!

After that, it’s all human: shaping details, spraying, glassing, sanding, finishing.
