A façade tells a story. ✨
At Fabriikin Frami ja Facto Residential Building in Turku, history lives on through graphic concrete. Inspired by an old photograph taken during the dismantling of local railway tracks, this custom-designed façade features a dramatic rail image stretching the entire height of the building.

Located in Turku‘s historic railway district, next to the Logomo event venue, the design connects the area’s industrial past with contemporary living.

✨ New project reveal: Flare Apartments Grzybowska ✨

Featuring GC Expose across the entire façade, this residential development combines carefully selected aggregates with a warm orange concrete mix to create a unique and eye-catching architectural surface. The textured finish brings character to the building while helping shape a welcoming living environment for its residents.

The Museum of Tornio Valley has historic imagery commemorates the aerial transport route that operated across the Tornio River between Tornio and Haparanda during World War I (1916-1917). The concrete surfaces preserve and share an important chapter of local history through architecture.

Panimonranta Parking Hall with nature-inspired patterns, fish and birds, have been integrated into the concrete façades through linear rasterisation. The result is a visually engaging parking environment that connects visitors to the surrounding landscape.

Our exposed paper can be used in multiple ways—by combining it with patterned paper and extending the exposed surface. 💫

Niittykumpu Daycare & Residential Building is a great example of how exposed paper can be applied wisely to achieve the same high-quality concrete surface with beautifully revealed aggregates. The paper attachments on the concrete surface are almost invisible unless pointed out—demonstrating both precision and craftsmanship.
