Job Title: Services Draftsman
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Services Draftsman to join our growing team. This role focuses on the preparation and coordination of technical drawings for building services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with architectural and structural elements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and fire services
Interpret engineering designs and translate them into accurate technical plans
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design conflicts
Update and revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications
Maintain organized documentation and drawing registers
Requirements
Proven experience as a Services Draftsman or MEP Draftsman
Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
Strong understanding of building services systems and layouts
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or certification in Engineering Drafting, Building Services, or related field
Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects
Familiarity with BIM workflows is an advantage
