Lincoln Refrigeration Pte Limited is now recruiting enthusiastic personnel for the below positions to be based at our Head Office at 131 Foster Road, Walubay:
1. Personal Assistant - Managing Director
To be successful, you must be highly organised, provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director ensuring smooth management of his day-to-day affairs and most effective use of his time, able to handle sensitive issues in an objective manner, ability to take initiative appropriate especially in the Director’s absence, have excellent command in MS Office and MS Outlook and good communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
2. Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer
The candidate for this role will be responsible for managing the accounts payable/receivable department, managing functions like maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, in charge of data entry, validation, and processing of all types of suppliers invoices, be quick and accurate in communication. Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role, display problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical and time management skills, well planned, organised and keen attention to detail.
3. Invoicing Clerk
To be successful, you must have a Diploma in Accounting, 2-3 years’ experience in invoicing department or general accounting experience, adhere to laws and confidentiality guidelines, proficient in MS office, working knowledge on Sybiz will be an added advantage and good organisation, communication skills (both written & oral) and interpersonal skills.
