We were recently asked to complete some internal works made up of adjusting and reinforcing an existing Floor structure, demolishing and then rebuilding an En suite space up to a level ready for the decoration and Plumbers install, and then laying a solid hardwood Finished Floor,
Really enjoyed the work on this one, kept us out of the weather for a while and has made this room feel quite impressive.
Great clients again, made us feel very appreciated, and was super local to us so always helps.

Some internal Bookcases, Paneling Utility storage and Diagonal Wide Oak flooring all in the same property a few years back,
A lovely Home to work on, great Client and the first time we had worked alongside a Interior Designer.
Sometimes when the weather is not being helpful, it can be a relief to have some internal work to get on with,

A recent reroof, very close to Le Mont St Michel, with amazing view over the bay,
Started as a fairly tired slate roof, rapidly loosing its slates.
Now a fresh new roof, including Thermo insulating membrane, replacement fibre insulation in the void,
New Zinc guttering throughout,
Very High quality 32x22 Natural Slates, stainless clips. Traditional Brown tile ridge line, and nicely dressed Chimney flashings.
Also included in the works was recapping the chimney with Two Terracotta cowls, Single New Velux installation in the rear and our usual Slate detailed verges.
Wonderful clients helped made this job a real pleasure to work on, coffee and cakes were flowing along with a few Scottish lunches,
Also helped with the weather being reasonable enough to keep progressing on the job, 👍

A Recent reroof completed in high quality Natural Slate,
Included Slate detailed bow top, hipped roof dormers. Reinstated two new Velux windows to their original positions on the front elevation, two new Velux windows to the rear side.
The roof was stripped of all original insulation and renewed while it was open, then an additional layer of Thermo insulation added before rebattening.
Vented for airflow purposes,
Brown Tile ridge details, Zinc guttering systems throughout and usual Slate pattern details.
Great job to be involved with, and looking forward to seeing it with its new windows Anthracite windows fitted to the dormers,

Some of our recent projects from the past couple of years, there have been many and all have been a pleasure to work on.
Each project is unique and poses their own challenges that we enjoy overcoming,
So many variables can dictate the best roof for each property, so, a lot of thought and consideration goes into material choices, finishing details and of course cost effectiveness.
It can be a slightly scary prospect to look into having a new roof, so we are always on hand to discuss options and provide quotations to suit the needs of the property and homeowner.

A recent reroof, replacing a very tired looking artificial slate roof for much more traditional and beautiful natural Slate covering,
Adding 3 Velux roof lights on the rear, and the creation of 2 new Hipped Dormer windows in the front, following the clients design.
Also features Slate pattern work, Slate detailed verges and Brown tile ridge throughout.
Dormers were built to accommodate new freshly painted wooden windows with petite bois details,
Chimney was capped with a new Terracotta pot and lower stack was flashed traditionally with zinc aprons and soakers, with the added bonus of a chased in Lead dressed cover flashing.
Awesome job to be asked to complete, massive thanks to our clients, amazing hospitality and a pleasure to be on site,

We asked a local firm/friend to create this finial for a reroof we had completed, and we have now been back to fit.
Amazing work from to make this finial as close to the original as possible,
Looks great on top of this new roof,

Recent works, total reroof and full exterior cladding on one of our own projects.
Coming to the end of the external works on this one.
Features vertically hung composite cladding, and vertically hung Douglas timber strip cladding,
Corten steel window surrounds, made by an incredibly talented friend,
All other window reveals made on site in Black steel,
Full reroof in Natural Slate, to include slate hung chimney, and Slate hung Gable joining wall.
Black steel facias with black PVC soffits, vented.
Multiple Velux installations with high level venting to allow the Reflective insulated membrane to breathe,
New concrete chimney capping with Black Terracotta chimney pot, flexi liner installed
All new Zinc guttering systems with down pipes,
Huge thanks to everyone that has been part of this project so far,

A recent reroof on a very lovely little project for some of our regular clients, great family to work for.
Originally the building had Shingles, we have removed and replace for a much more traditional Slate roof.
Additional Velux windows installed as well as the old ones being reinstated.
All zinc details such as ridge, verge covers guttering etc…
Also, white PVC Vented facials and soffits were added to tidy up the eaves,
Discreet High level venting added,
Brick built chimney was treated to a new Capping and terracotta pot, along with a lead dressed step flashing to keep things neat and tidy.
Nice job to get on with, despite having to dodge the storms and the rain.

A Tidy Little Slate hanging job on a very lovely Gîte,
Client was getting large water pe*******on through the stonework and will be timber cladding the lower sections at a later date,
We matched the Slate to the new roof, which we completed last year,
Framed off to allow depth for lower cladding to finish underneath new Slate hanging,
Black zinc window reveals and sill,
Small patternwork and mesh vented on lover section for airflow.
Nice to be back on this site,

A recent much needed reroof on a very pretty and grand looking home,
Hipped ends with natural zinc hip covers, to match original setup,
2x large plate level chimney flashings,
New zinc guttering throughout, with single outlets to original ground level drainage points,
Zinc ridge detail,
Front elevation Slate pattern,
4x Velux installations, high level venting.
Reflective heat resistant insulation.
Also a few new chimney pots to replace the old broken ones.
Pleasure to work on this one, makes the house look a lot more finished, and nice to stick with the original natural zinc finishes,
