10 ans après la création d’IMEON ENERGY, qui conçoit et commercialise des onduleurs solaires hybrides avec IA et des batteries au lithium, nous avons le projet d’introduire l’entreprise en bourse afin de lever 8 millions d’euros sur Euronext Growth.

Phillips Hue LED lighting controlled by a solar inverter

IMEON ENERGY announces the release of a new innovative application that can be installed free of charge on IMEON solar inverters! The "LED Smart Lighting" application allows IMEON inverters to interact with the smart lights from Philips Hue range of products. What is the point of having a solar inverter communicate with the lighting in a home?

The objective of this application is to send information using light, to encourage owners of IMEON inverters to optimize energy savings by adapting their electricity consumption habits!

IMEON ENERGY developed this particular application after observing that typical users of IMEON ONLINE monitoring platform reduced their electricity consumption by an average of 10% while those who do not monitor their solar systems kept their electricity consumption stable. The conclusion was that users who are aware of their electricity consumption are strongly inclined to reduce it. It was therefore interesting to innovate and find a way of transferring messages to users in real time, in a non-intrusive way, without them needing to login to the monitoring platform.

By making the user aware of the times when electricity consumption is elevated as well as the times when the solar installation with energy storage is capable of high energy output, IMEON enables the user to slightly adapt his consumption habits in order to maximize the energy savings. As mentioned above, the impact of such awareness can result in a 10% reduction in electricity consumption, allowing the users to increase the energy autonomy of their homes.

The "LED Smart Lighting" application allows the IMEON inverters to communicate with the Philips Hue smart lights to discretely send information to the user via light signals, for example:

the lamp can turn red when the electrical power drawn from the electricity network exceeds a user-defined threshold,

the lamp can turn green when the autonomy of the equipped site is optimal,

the colour of the light can vary from green to orange depending on the state of charge of the battery pack.

All the parameters of the application can be modified by the user via the IMEON OS. ONE interface. The "LED Smart Lighting" application introduces "Smart Dimming" feature which allows the inverter to change the brightness of the Philips Hue lamps in function of the level of sunlight.

The IMEON ENERGY teams are developing solutions to reduce the cost of a kWh generated by solar installations with storage, with the aim of making energy autonomy accessible to the wider public. The "LED Smart Lighting" application is an addition to the catalogue of applications already available on the OS. ONE platform, integrated in all IMEON inverters.

Imeon Energy announces the compatibility of its hybrid inverters with a revolutionary energy storage technology.

The recently achieved compatibility between IMEON solutions and Kilowatt Labs supercapacitor-based storage enables IMEON ENERGY to offer its customers an alternative to conventional electrochemical lead or lithium battery systems.
This emerging storage technology provides many advantages over electrochemical batteries available on the market at this moment:

• The only storage product offering a 10-year warranty with no end-of-life capacity degradation
• The highest DC to DC roundtrip efficiency in the industry
• The fastest charging time in the industry, of 45 minutes, without affecting capacity or cycle life
• Minimal heat generation during cycling and no risk of thermal runaway
• No oversizing required for operation in high or low temperatures

IMEON ENERGY has developed a dedicated battery management software foreseen for Kilowatt Labs SIRIUS supercapacitor-based modules. The software optimally manages the process of charging and discharging the 3.55kWh SIRIUS modules.
This successful development, a result of a partnership with an innovative enterprise, confirms IMEON ENERGY’s desire to become a major player in the field of power electronics and storage of energy.

Imeon Energy Announces compatibility with
Dyness Energy Storage Systems.



Dyness Clean Energy Co. Ltd is the manufacturer of energy storage systems native to Xi'an City in China. Dyness’s mission is to promote a healthy energy chain at a reasonable cost, facilitating the transition towards green energy production for user and utilities alike. The Dyness Powerbox employs LiFePO4 battery chemistry and while it comes in four standard sizes (2,4kWh, 4,8kWh, 7,2kWh and 9,6kWh) the standard boxes can be put in parallel to further extend the storage capacity. Since November this year the IMEON inverters can be used in combination with Dyness batteries, thanks to a common effort of both companies engineering teams to make the communication protocols compatible.
