📢 Incident resolved – customs e-services back to normal

The disruptions affecting French customs platforms have now been resolved. All services are fully operational again.

🔔 According to the official customs communication:
The Customs Declaration (DELTA I/E IMPORT) system, which had been affected since 12/05/2026 at 14:00, was restored on 13/05/2026 at 10:50.

The TTC system (VAT verification – DGFIP) is also available again.

Customs teams remain fully mobilized and available to support file processing and answer any questions.

🚨 ELO: now in force as of April 20, 2026

The Mandatory Logistics Envelope (ELO) is now fully implemented as part of the Smart Border System between France and the United Kingdom.

It aims to simplify and secure cross-border flows:
✔️ A single envelope per vehicle
✔️ One barcode centralizing customs data
✔️ Faster border checks

⚠️ Without a valid ELO, border crossing may be delayed or refused.
