Les Cabanelles community housing project, Menton

A graphic interplay of wrap-around balconies and natural wood. This subtle combination softens the building’s lines, effortlessly balancing contemporary coastal living with refined material craftsmanship. More than just a facade, the rhythmic pattern of the balconies frames the architecture - offering residents generous outdoor spaces beautifully bathed in Mediterranean light.

From outdated to exquisite. Watch the transformation unfold at Villa Nice…

We took a tired 1900s stairwell and reimagined it into a warm, elegant spine connecting all three levels of this classic villa.

The warm muted red walls pair beautifully with the green and red tones of the floral cement tiles enhancing their timeless character and historic charm.

Every original detail and the classic banister were meticulously restored, then finished with a custom lighting concept to showcase the craftsmanship.

Darling House

A true transformation in the heart of Nice.

This Victorian house has been completely redesigned to embrace a new rhythm of indoor-outdoor living, shaping a warm, spacious family home tailored to modern Mediterranean life.

Outside, the garden has been entirely restructured around the pool, giving pride of place to stone materials, complemented by the softness of a Côte d’Azur spirit subtly accented with a few exotic plant species. A true haven of peace offering seamless living spaces, including a custom masonry-built outdoor lounge and a dining area sheltered under the poolhouse.

Where climate meets craft. The facade weaves wooden louvers into the balcony design, creating a dynamic geometric pattern whilst proving shaded areas where residents can rest and relax.
