A recent project completed on the French Riviera.

This hillside villa in Èze Village required a full electrical redesign to support luxury wellness features including a gym, sauna, and outdoor whirlpool bath.

Our scope covered everything from infrastructure to intelligent lighting and automation — creating a space that is both functional and beautifully integrated.

Comprehensive lighting design for a luxury seafront villa, encompassing both exterior and interior schemes.

The landscape lighting highlights architectural features, illuminated stairways, pool lighting, and ambient lighting for outdoor lounge and entertaining areas, enhancing safety, atmosphere, and night-time usability.

Interior lighting was also fully designed to complement the architectural vision and create a cohesive lighting experience throughout the property, although not shown in the images.
