It was a pleasure to attend the SpaceCHI Conference held in Cologne, Germany, on June 23–24.

I had the opportunity to meet many inspiring researchers and professionals, and it was a great chance to exchange ideas and discuss potential collaborations for the future.

✨ Excited to attend the 54th International Conference on Environmental Systems (ICES) in Prague, Czech Republic, from July 13–17!

I’ll be presenting part of my ongoing PhD research at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), titled:

🛰️ “Developing Experimental Design for the Lunar Agriculture Module – Reduced Gravity Simulator (LAM-RGS)”

This research explores simulation-based evaluation methods for human performance in lunar agricultural environments under partial gravity.

Did you know that Cologne, Germany, is home to the Lunar Facility, a joint research center of ESA and DLR? As part of my PhD research on Human Factors and Behavioral Performance for the Lunar Agriculture Module (LAM) at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), I visited the ESA Astronaut Training Center (ESA-EAC) for a collaborative research discussion. It was a highly fruitful and productive exchange! Stay tuned for more updates on space research and lunar exploration.

독일항공우주센터(DLR)는 **2015년부터 Lunar Agriculture Module (LAM)**을 개발해왔으며, 2022년 남극에서 EDEN-ISS 미션을 성공적으로 수행한 후, 2023년 그 모듈이 독일 브레멘으로 돌아왔습니다.

이제 우리는 연구를 더욱 확장하여 DLR-ESA(유럽우주국)의 Lunar Facility에서 EDEN-LUNA 프로젝트와 LAM-Ground Test Facility를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 저의 연구 분야인 **인간공학 및 행동 퍼포먼스(HFBP)**까지 연구 범위를 넓히고 있습니다.

EDEN 팀 대표로서, 저는 2025년 3월 일본에 초청되어 NASA, ESA, JAXA 및 일본의 전문가들과 함께 우주 농업 모듈에 대한 비전을 공유할 예정입니다.

The German Aerospace Center (DLR) has been developing the Lunar Agriculture Module (LAM) since 2015 and successfully conducted the **EDEN-ISS mission in Antarctica in 2022, before returning to Bremen, Germany.

Building on this success, we are expanding our research with EDEN-LUNA at the Lunar Facility of DLR-ESA (European Space Agency) and the LAM-Ground Test Facility. Additionally, we are broadening our focus to Human Factors and Behavioral Performance (HFBP) which is the core of my research.

As a representative of the EDEN team, I have been invited to Japan in March 2025 to share insights on space agriculture modules with experts from NASA, ESA, JAXA, and other leading researchers at the Chiba University in Japan.

Looking forward to exciting discussions and new collaborations for the future of space exploration! 🚀
