Meet Dimitri from the BERINGER AERO France office!
Each of my days is different—every customer situation is new, and that’s what makes my job so fulfilling. I work on finding solutions for private pilots who want to upgrade their brakes to a true braking system that delivers safety, better feel, and performance. I am also in charge of supporting non-certified aircraft manufacturers who are looking for solutions to equip their aircraft in production. This includes STOL aircraft, high-speed airplanes, and more. It’s truly exciting, and it gives real meaning to what I do.
I also spend a lot of time meeting customers at trade shows, events, or during field visits to provide technical support to our service centers. This is a real strength at BERINGER AERO—providing genuine support. Customer service is a core value for us.
What I enjoy most is the diversity of projects and clients, and knowing that the products we offer are real safety solutions.
For each new customer with an aircraft not yet listed in our catalog, we carry out a full feasibility study in partnership with our engineering department.
Outside of work, I fly a lot and teach piloting—on airplanes, trikes, and powered paragliders. I also enjoy mountain biking. We live in an incredible region in the heart of the Alps—an amazing playground with endless blue skies.
My favorite way to start the day is flying to a nearby airfield for a coffee. I wake up very early, take off at sunrise, and land in nature to make myself a coffee. These are not long flights, but those small moments bring me great happiness.
If I could instantly master a skill, it would be an even deeper knowledge of the aviation industry, where I have been working since I was 25.

I have known the company since its early days, and especially Gilbert and Véronique Beringer, the founders—they are first and foremost friends.
In my role, I bring real expertise to our customers, constant support, and a deep passion for aviation that drives motivation and energy. Every morning, I am excited to discover what the day will bring.
