Project Management and Labour sourcing available for the 2019/2020 Build Season. I offer free project conception sessions including budget estimation.

Nine years of building management experience in Chamonix for residential property. My main focus is on setting an achievable work scope from the start and undertaking detailed pre-planning to deliver an efficient and enjoyable project.

For large projects above 200m2, I offer sourcing and management of fly-in labour teams with proven skills and work completion on previous projects in Chamonix. For smaller projects, I can recommend reliable local contractors with skills and price points tailored to your project.

Additionally, I can advise and provide introductions to trusted material suppliers throughout the EU as well as local suppliers.

Renovation of a large original stone farm house in the French Alps. Easily our biggest project to date, and full of challenges. The intent was to keep much of the original structure and support it from the interior with posts and render, however once the roof was off the building literally crumbled away. This required a re-think and in the end much of the building required demolition and rebuild, however we accented the original building as much as we could. Keeping original tiles, and exposing the original stone where it was kept. Building on spacious design by Alpine Eco Architecture and applying our own interior design through discussion with the clients we are so proud of this beautiful chalet, in what must be one of the most tranquil and beautiful parts of the French Alps.
