5th day in Penllyn today for The Veteran Building Company Ltd The Veteran Survey Company The Welsh Handyman Company . In the one bedroom new skirting along with some coving repair work and full redecoration, and in the other bedroom old coving removed so the ceiling could be plastered by a member of the team. Then its back for me to put new plaster coving up, new skirting going on tomorrow but had a good day today getting the ceiling sealed and 2 coats on the ceiling, 2 coats on the coving then caulked and filled for another coat of paint later this week. Walls being painted and filled ready for touch ups and cutting in but first a good day tomorrow to fit new skirting, knotting solution and primer. Filled and caulked before leaving to dry overnight 🙌 lots of knowledge and technical work within these 2 rooms but nothing that cant be done 👌

A quick appreciation post to all my customers past, present and future to say a massive thankyou for all the work and kind words to others about myself and quality of work throughout the years iv been trading. For those iv been and done work for in the past few years you may remember I have been attending college to gain the qualification i need to become a lecturer and yesterday I had a interview and offered a job lecturing part time for a college within RCT from September onwards. Therefore my availability moving forwards from September will be much less as I will be splitting my time between The Veteran Building Company Ltd The Veteran Survey Company The Welsh Handyman Company who have been supporting me over the past few years aswell as my own customers. I will continue trading and works will be undertaken by myself or a valued member of my team . Thankyou again to all my customers who have helped me build my reputation and portfolio along the way. Onwards and upwards to my new career sharing my knowledge within the construction industry 👍

Nice and local for me yesterday in Godreaman, unfortunately previous company didn't leave the job in a finished condition and was messaged to get it finished. Cills being prepped and painted then new exterior sealant put along the bottom cills as it has failed. 2 coats of brick red on the walls and looking solid. 07703398942 for any enquiries

Haven't posted in a while , has been a busy few weeks between work and private life but heres some decking I removed and made for a friend if mine. There's a summer house going in top in the next month or 2 . Long 4 days in tylerstown this week for a customers who used my handman services to hand some big pieces of art 6 months ago. Back this time for a full revamp on the lounge + kitchen area and also the bedroom. Heritage paint being used throughout and dulux satin for the woodwork. Some mould and flaky paint to contend with but nothing that cant be fixed with a bit of knowledge 👍 this weeks customer also having a new shelf, curtain pole replacement, photo and a mirror hung aswell . Quote will be going in for the Hall stairs and landing for a massive change for possibly later this year.

After being rained off for 3 days finnaly got this house in Treorchy finished yesterday. Lots of prep involved in this one. Gloss black and gloss white on the facias, rust converter , primer and 2 top coats on all the downpipes . A wood repair done on the facia board . Starting another external today for a customer who's having theirs done 3rd year in a row to keep that paint fresh

33m² natural stone raised patio completed this evening after a issue with a few broken slabs on delivery. Resin Buff grout used to finish it off and a channel away from the house for safe drainage and massively reduce the risk of any damp issues. Lots of levels and angles to work off here so messuring and setting out had to be on point. Was nervous starting this one but once I got stuck into it and the hard work began it just come out lovely. 3 new drain inspection covers done and 2 new drains in for the downpipes for the rainwater from the roof to go into 👍 free estimstes given 07703398942 for patios , fences , fully qualified painter and decorator, wallpaper hanging and many more services provided. 1 man, many services but same professional service and finish throughout
