We're a small family-run campervan conversion business based on Brackla Industrial Estate, Bridgend, and we're looking for someone to join our team.
We're looking for a practical, hands-on person who is confident using their skills and happy to get stuck into all aspects of building campervans. Experience in carpentry or other hands-on trades would be a real advantage.
At E Q Camperworx, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and can work independently to a high standard. Just as importantly, we're after someone who's reliable, motivated, and genuinely interested in vans and campervan conversions.

As a family-run business, we understand that life doesn't always fit neatly into a 9-5 schedule. For the right person, we're flexible with working hours, provided they're agreed in advance and remain consistent.
