We're transforming this property with a first floor extension and complete new roof structure, creating space for 4 new bedrooms. A major upgrade that will completely reshape the home and add both space and value.

Excellent progress has been made on our project near Pontypridd transferring this bungalow into a 6 bedroom detached house. The first floor will also have 3 bathrooms, a walk in wardrobe and study.

The vast majority of the structural work is complete including the new roof trusses.

The new slate roof is coming along nicely, adding both durability and timeless character to the build. Even better, the installation has been inspected by the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC), ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and compliance.

It’s fantastic to see this development really taking shape — more updates coming soon.

Big transformation underway

A recently completed project in north Cardiff. The client needed an extra bedroom in their 3 bed semi detached property. The roof has been extended with a hip to gable and rear dormer. This has achieve a master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and shower room.

As part of the work the roof was completely renewed. Being members of the NFRC competent person scheme reassures our clients that the work has been carried out by highly skilled professionals.

Recent project in Pontyclun. To deliver the clients wish list a lot of creative engineering went into this one resulting in a Master bedroom, en-suite and dressing area.

Our friends Paramount Home Interiors with whom we have a long standing working partnership kitted out the dressing area to the high standards our customer was expecting.

The property had modern trussed roof which we had to restructure to accommodate a 7 meter wide dormer roof extension.
