As we've grown, we've had the opportunity to take on larger and more complex projects across Scotland.

But one thing has never changed.

We're just as happy cleaning a single blocked gutter or pressure washing a driveway as we are delivering large commercial and industrial projects.

This is exactly why roof cleaning is about more than just appearance.

On these properties, heavy moss and debris had built up across the roofs and had started to affect the gutters as well as other areas of the homes.

Our process included:

As a general rule:

Most homes: annual cleaning
Tree-heavy areas: six-monthly cleaning

A question we get asked all the time:

“Do I really need the biocide treatment afterwards?”

In short - yes.

Removing the moss is only part of the process. Tiny spores remain on the surface, and those are what eventually grow back into new moss and algae.

Biocide helps target those spores, which means:

Slower regrowth
Longer-lasting results
Less maintenance

It can also be used on render, walls, patios and driveways, not just roofs.
