An ensuite shower recently changed due to a badly fitted shower which was causing water damage behind the panels.
I took it all out and fitted a new tray, shower valve and made space for a recess in wall for products.

Colour scheme was chosen by customer which I think works so well with the funky panel.

A small cloakroom done recently.
The customer wanted to modernise the room and freshing it up so we built a bulkhead to house the cistern and tiled it along with the splashback.
The ribbed effect tile goes very well with the rattan basin unit and black fixtures.
Room was plastered and painted with customers colour choice which works so well in my opinion.

All trades supplied including electrics by Mark Ross

Been a bit quiet on here lately but certainly not due to lack of being busy.
Latest ensuite upgrade going from a dark uninviting room to a bright fresh look.

Another bathroom completed.😛

This remodel has worked in well to give the customer a freestanding bath along with a quadrant shower tray in corner.
We rearranged the room to maximise space.
The customer purchased all of their own sanitaryware and tiles and I love how the room has been finished with the wooden effect tiles in shower area and black accessories.

It was a pleasure working on this job along with Graeme Innes plumber
Mark Ross electrician and Brian Taylor painter.

Latest installs include an upstairs ensuite and a downstairs bathroom in the same property.

The positioning of things never changed alot but we added in wall hung toilets in both rooms with vanity units.
Added in power showers instead of an electric and tap connection shower.
We changed the door upstairs to opening outwards so there was more space for a larger shower tray.

Designs and items supplied by NYC Bathrooms.

All work is carried out by skilled tradesman in there own field including Mark Ross electrician.
Graeme Innes plumber.

A big change for this customer who has a separate toilet in another room and wanted to get the bath changed and the step removed.
We installed a 1200 x 800 shower tray and this allowed to move the basin slightly to have some storage. New towel rail installed.
Wet wall and flooring chosen by customer.
A fresh lick of paint to finish it off.

Another ensuite renovation completed again.

The customer wanted to get rid of the bulkhead and get a bit more room.
We changed the bath and shower for the same size but lowered the shower tray onto the floor for easier access and added tile effect wet wall panels in shower and grey behind basin wall and above bath. New lights and fan give a lovely fresh look for a tired room.

Bathroom completed for new tenants moving in. Changing tiles for aqua panel really gave this bathroom a well overdue update.
Toilet and basin were recently installed so were reused to keep costs down.
Love the colour of panel here.
Customer was Installing there own shower curtain later.

Customer had water leaking from shower tray through floor down into neighbour.
We had to take room back to bare and reinforce damaged joist in floor. Nice fresh look and another happy customer for happy taps.😛👍
