Part-Time Surveyor Required

We are seeking an experienced part time Surveyor to join our team on a flexible part-time basis. Working from home or in office.

This role is ideal for a knowledgeable construction professional who wishes to remain active in the industry while enjoying a reduced workload and flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out site visits and inspections
• Measuring and surveying construction works
• Preparing reports and valuations and cost control

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor,
or similar surveying role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and contracts
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence required
