Before and after of a repair job for aberconwy alltrades in conwy. New roof and lead fitted which caused damaged to render. Area sealed with sbr, lead sealed to the wall with lead mate, expanding metal lath fitted over the lead, scratch coat applied, top coat applied and finished flat. Band and quoin shape cut in, block lines marked in the render to match existing render.

Latest work in Llandudno junction for aberconwy alltrades, Window cill repair

After a new roof was fitted the old cill needed to be repaired. Joint between new lead and the wall was sealed with lead mate, a scratch coat was applied to form the basic shape. Top coat applied and finished flat with float and sponge to match existing render.

Before and after of pebbledashing the front of a house. All old cracked render hacked off, old red brick primed with webber stipple, a scratch coat with added waterproofer applied to it, new pla.stic beads fitted around windows then finished with limestone pebbledash.

Easy job today in kimnel bay overskim a tierd cracked ceiling giving the room a nice transformation, flooring, door and windows taped up, light removed and taped up, large cracks in ceiling scrimmed then the whole ceiling primed with sbr and a bit of sand mixed in for a better key. Once that dried ceiling was skimmed.
All mess cleaned away at the end 👌👍

Nice little job last week 👌

Coverd the glass display and floor, hacked off the old square pointing, primed the walls with webber stipple, applied a dubbing coat to fill out the deep parts, then applied a scratch coat, had too cut some bits of the stone off as they where too proud, plastic bell beads and plastic angle beads then float finish on it.
All mess cleaned away from site at the end, another happy customer

Recent work, transformation of a damp room in Llanfairfechan.

Rising damp in a small room with poor condition walls. Doors coverd up, plaster hacked off up to 1.2m high walls tanked to prevent the damp. Wallpaper stripped ,walls and ceiling primed to skim, taking left to dry then drylined, Everything skimmed and skirting bords re fitted
