A nice big area of lay-in grid suspended ceiling system at Williams F1 HQ for Acute Homes Ltd.

This one took a bit of working out as it previously had an old ceiling system and walls taken down to open up several rooms into one big area. Due to this all A/C units, fire sprinkler heads and air recirculation grilles were at different heights, so making sure we got all levels correct and no grid interfering with A/C, sprinkler heads and grilles made setting out correctly crucial.

Something a little different for us but right up our street! From barn to bedsit. celtox insulation to external walls with a vapour barrier plasterboard and thermal board to ceiling slopes. Not a single straight wall or beam so lots of cutting and scribing but a great outcome.

3 houses completed in a prime Oxford location. All being three-story houses we carried out a Actis insulation system throughout all top floors, a Knauf acoustic insulation to all ceilings and stud work, plasterboard to all stud work, sticking to the architects choice of boards, being moisture to all wet areas and fire line to all structural steels and stairs. Also dot and dab all external walls.

Something slightly different today, really enjoy doing stuff like this. Little room extension in a loft space all tacked. Not a single straight wall or ceiling. Scribing into all the timbers 👌🏼

New look for the vans!

That’s another one complete before the years out, a huge transformation on this old “storage barn” now converted into a big 4 bed house with dressing rooms and en-suites. This really was a bare canvas before we started, now it’s a fully insulated/ soundproofed home. Take a look at the pictures for before, during and near completion.

Another big house completed this year was this lovely timber frame. We carried out everything from external render board and thin coat render system, to insulation and tacking. We’ve also previously completed another 3 units on the same private estate for the same builder who’s great to work with. We’re hopefully get some completed photos in the new year..

Following on from our last post many moons ago, from an old barn to a bar, what a transformation. All studded and insulated with  recesses for champagne bottles and a overhang bulkhead over the bar. customer has done a great job fitting it all out 😍
