As we continue to expand, we are seeking a versatile and motivated Multi-Trader to join our team.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Multi-Trader with a solid base of experience in domestic construction who can support a variety of tasks across renovation, carpentry, structural work, and general building. You do not need to be skilled in every area we deliver, but having experience across multiple trades is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
* Support kitchen and bathroom refurbishments including installation assistance, basic plumbing, tiling, and finishing.
* Assist with home extension projects, including stud walls, insulation, flooring, and general structural tasks.
* Help deliver loft conversion works including boarding, insulation, framing, and carpentry elements.
* Carry out carpentry/joinery tasks such as fitting doors, skirting, architrave, and studwork.
* Assist with roofing tasks such as repairs, replacements, and general roofing support.
* Perform general building works including plasterboard installation, basic plastering, painting, flooring, and finishing.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.
* Work independently or within a small team depending on project size.
* Communicate professionally with clients while on-site.

Required Skills & Experience
Essential
* Proven experience in domestic construction or general building.
* Strong practical skills and ability to work across multiple trades.
* High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site.
* Full UK driving licence.
Beneficial (but not essential) Skills
Experience in any of the following areas is an advantage:
* Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
* Basic plumbing (installations, repairs, and connections)
* Tiling and flooring installation
* Carpentry/joinery (doors, skirting, studwork, frames)
* Loft conversion works (framing, insulation, boarding)
* Home extension works (first-fix tasks and structural support)
* Roofing repairs or installations
* Basic plastering and painting/finishing
* Trade qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, etc.)
