A small detail that connects the old house to the new 📚✨

At this Dulwich extension, we retained the original rear door opening sizes between the existing and new spaces.

Joinery conceals the pitched extension roof behind. In one opening it becomes a bookshelf. In the other, a simple display shelf.

A quiet move, but one that carries the character of the original house into the light-filled extension 🏡
