ANNEXES & OUTBUILDINGS 🏠

This client wanted to grow their business and work from home with this purpose-built therapy/massage studio in their garden. 👷🏼🔨👍🏻

This single storey annex had a small reception with washroom and storage area moving through into a spacious and relaxing client treatment area. 💆‍♀️

WORK IN PROGRESS: GARAGE CONVERSION

A wonderful way to alter your floor plans is to make use of garages as new rooms spaces. 👷🏼 🔨

Extra rooms downstairs can be great for new offices, playrooms, dining rooms, games/yoga rooms, accessible bedrooms and more... 🧘‍♀️

Often this may just entail only building regs approval (but as we’ve said before, check with your local authority). It can make these conversions much quicker and simpler than other alterations.

WORK IN PROGRESS: EXTENSION 🏠

The scale of this extension was monumental. Look closely and you can see the existing chimney... 🔨 🔨 👷🏼

Not a room in this house remained the same after the renovation/extension (just awaiting no-fold doors and rendering to complete the project).

On this pic you can see:
✔️ Side extension
✔️ Rear extension
✔️ Loft conversion
✔️ Re-roof

What you can’t see is... porch extension, kitchen redesign, new underfloor heating, tiling, plastering, 3-storey-high oak stairs and more...

Originally we were booked just for the loft conversion... 🤣🤣

DORMER FOR EXTRA SPACE & LIGHT 💡

The brilliant thing about dormers is they can sometimes be adde without planning permissions (just building regs approval - but do check with your local authority first ☺️).

Superb way to boost natural light and extend the living space/head height in key areas like bedrooms, bathrooms, dressing rooms, lofts etc. into your roof.

For those who like details this is a fibre glass, flat roof dormer with vertical hanging tiles. ✔️ 🧐
