Full kitchen reskim 👌🔥

A lot of prep work went into this job before the skim. We formed a brand new curve into the ceiling, insulated and boarded the full window wall side, then fully beaded ready for plaster. Another wall had multiple blown sections hacked off and bonded out, including new chases repaired and an unused ceiling hatch boarded over.

Everything was then fully primed and finished with a fresh skim throughout leaving it smooth and ready for second fix & decorating 💪🎨

Full protection throughout with wall drapes and floor coverings to keep everything spotless 🏡

Artex ceilings across the bedroom, corridor, hallway & landing all prepped and skimmed to a smooth finish.

Bedroom 2 & 3 ceilings polytex was failing, so we overboarded and skimmed for a fresh, solid result 👌

Full prep carried out on this one — all existing wallpaper, coving, and sockets removed (then reinstalled), ceiling overboarded, loose plaster bonded out, and a full skim throughout to bring everything back to a fresh, smooth finish 🔥

Another clean slate ready for decorating.

Full bathroom prep ready for a fresh finish 🔥🛠️

This one had a bit of everything…
• Removed old ceiling access panels that were no longer needed 🚫
• Overboarded the existing artex ceiling and fully skimmed for a clean, modern finish 👌
• Floated out an old uneven wall to create a perfectly flat surface for aqua panels all round 💧
• Walls skimmed up to half height so the aqua panels meet perfectly for a seamless finish 🎯

Now passed back over to the bathroom fitter to finally bring this space back to life 🚿✨
