This shed had a severely damaged roof with water ingress, rotten boarding, and a failed felt roof.

✅ Old roof stripped and removed
✅ New OSB3 roof deck installed
✅ New mineral felt roofing fitted
✅ Timber exterior fully sanded back
✅ Finished with a light brown oil-based wood treatment

The result is a solid, weatherproof roof and a refreshed finish that brings the whole shed back to life.

🌱 From a neglected compost heap to a purpose-built three-bay composting system.

This area was overgrown, overflowing, and no longer practical to use. After clearing the site, levelling the ground, and building a custom timber compost system, the client now has a tidy, durable setup that will make composting easier for years to come.

Projects like this are a great example of how a forgotten corner of the garden can be transformed into something both functional and attractive.
