Hi guy’s first of all i would like to say a massive thankyou for allowing me to make your home a better place, and supporting my buisness along the way! I have now set prices for all your buisness needs and these are going to fixed prices, no lowballing, or asking can you do it for this price, that price, i run a buisness not a charity i’m afraid. UNLESS YOU ARE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!! I had to turn a job down today because of a customer who decided to think it was okay to try and babysit me and i don’t need that, i know what i’m doing, every job i require a 50% deposit. This 50% deposit is required to secure my job, your job, the materials and any other things i may need to start the works needed, some people are not taking into consideration about this, and i’d rather you not contact me if your not happy how i set my standards. I work very hard on every job, i also treat customers with the upmost respect, and treat every job as my own house! I always make sure you aren’t left with my mess as i clean up after myself unlike some folk out here! You can’t really get a better service, and for the customers that have previously used me will tell you the same. So for the price breakdown as follows:
Gardening £25 PH / Price work to be discussed if requires more work. (Rather keep it at a fixed price if it’s a big job)
Plastering £30 PER M2 / Day Rate £275 / (Price work to be discussed if requires more)
Painting And Decorating £25 PER M2 / Day Rate £250 (Price work to be discussed if requires more)
Handyman Services £20 PH
These are now my fixed prices all with 50% upfront unless it’s gardening and handyman services or you have all the materials provided, I take time out my day to go back and fourth to aquire these materials for me to start the works, secures my end and your end! Invoice can be provided with every job if you prefer. I feel like i had to settle with my prices!
Again to my previous customers! I appreciate you alot! And thankyou for doing buisness with you, this again does NOT apply to repeat customers. But for new customers i do apologise but this needed to be done, I’ve had a few customers who have made me go and buy materials out of my own pocket and the job never get started as they wasn’t happy with the price. This is why i have resulted too 50% upfront and 50% does NOT need to be paid until the job is complete!!
