Deadline Approaching for Landlords!
From July 2020 it became law for all new tenancies to have an Electrical Installation Condition Report Certificate in place. For existing tenancies this was extended to April 2021.
Judging by the flurry of work at the minute many are leaving this until last minute.
Please get in touch for your EICR certificate.
